The project consists of a deep thermomodernisation of the public utility building of the Municipality of Mokobody. It covers the comprehensive application of actions: — replacement of heat source for gaseous fuel together with central heating installation, – installation of photovoltaic installation, – insulation of external walls, – warming of ceilings, – replacement of window and door carpentry, – replacement of lighting with energy-efficient LEDs. Once the project is completed, an ex-post energy audit will be carried out, which will verify the achieved indicators. The project will select a supervisory inspector and carry out promotional activities of the project. The aim of the investment is to improve the energy efficiency of the building by 83.01 %, which will have a direct positive impact on improving air quality and reducing the CO2 emissions of the building by 99.96 %. The project will use a technical solution in the form of mounted photovoltaic cells, allowing the production of electricity using renewable solar energy. The power of the device is 10 kW. As part of the task, coal boiler for gas will be replaced, there is no heating network in the municipality, so this technical solution is the most beneficial for the project. The introduction of pollutants into the atmosphere will be significantly reduced. The cost-efficiency of reducing energy consumption in the project was calculated at the level of PLN 3.97/kWh/year. The project is consistent with the investment assumptions included in the Low Emission Economy Plan for Mokobody Municipality, which was positively verified by NFOŚiGW in Warsaw. The modernised building is located in the village area. (English)

    Przedsięwzięcie polega na głębokiej termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej Urzędu Gminy Mokobody. W jego zakres wchodzi kompleksowe zastosowanie działań : - wymiana źródła ciepła na paliwo gazowe wraz z instalacją c.o., - montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, - docieplenie stropodachu, - wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, - wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne LED, W ramach projektu została opracowana dokumentacja projektowa wraz z audytem energetycznym. Po zakończeniu projektu zostanie przeprowadzony audyt energetyczny ex-post, który zweryfikuje osiągnięte wskaźniki. W ramach projektu zostanie wyłoniony inspektor nadzoru, oraz przeprowadzone działania promocyjne projektu. Inwestycja ma na celu poprawę efektywności energetycznej budynku o 83,01 %, będzie to miało bezpośredni, pozytywny wpływ na poprawę jakości powietrza i zmniejszenie emisji CO2 wytwarzanego przez budynek o 99,96 %. W projekcie zostanie zastosowane rozwiązanie techniczne w postaci zamontowanych ogniw fotowoltaicznych, pozwalających na wytworzenie energii elektrycznej z wykorzystaniem odnawialnej energii słonecznej. Moc urządzenia to 10 kW. W ramach zadania zostanie wymieniony kocioł węglowy na gazowy, na terenie Gminy nie istnieje sieć ciepłownicza więc takie rozwiązanie techniczne jest najbardziej korzystne dla projektu. W znacznym stopniu zostanie ograniczone wprowadzanie zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery. Efektywność kosztowa zmniejszenia zużycia energii w zrealizowanym projekcie została obliczona na poziom 3,97 zł/kWh/rok. Projekt jest zgodny z założeniami inwestycyjnymi uwzględnionymi w Planie Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Mokobody, który został pozytywnie zweryfikowany przez NFOŚiGW w Warszawie. Termomodernizowany budynek znajduje się na terenie gminy wiejskiej. (Polish)
