As part of the project, an investment is planned to improve the energy efficiency of the public utility building, i.e. the Volunteer Fire Service building in Sulejówek. As part of the energy modernisation, the following work is planned: warming of building partitions (increase of external walls and ceilings under unheated attic), window replacement, replacement of central heating installations and installation of new, energy-efficient gas heaters, comprehensive modernisation of boiler rooms, replacement of central heating installations, modernisation of lighting, installation of photovoltaic cells. All planned investments are due to energy audits carried out and meet the highest possible energy efficiency standards. The implementation of the project will change the image of the current OSP facility in Sulejówek. Thanks to the comprehensive solutions envisaged in the project consisting of the thermo-modernisation, modernisation of the heating system of the guard, partial conversion of energy sources to renewable sources and the use of photovoltaic devices for obtaining solar energy, the emission of particulate and gaseous pollutants into the atmospheric air will be reduced. Improving the technical conditions of the watchdog will benefit the local community and the recipient of cultural events and activities that take place free of charge in the TSO. In addition, measurable economic and savings benefits of reducing annual energy consumption and demand will be achieved, resulting in reduced heating costs and reduced maintenance costs. The target group consists mainly of residents of Sulejówka and Minsk district, children and young people participating in additional activities organised in the OSP building, firefighters of the OSP, the Municipal Office of Sulejówek.     W ramach projektu zaplanowana jest inwestycja z zakresu poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej tj. budynku Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Sulejówku. W ramach modernizacji energetycznej planowane jest przeprowadzenie następujących prac: docieplenie przegród budynku (docieplenia ścian zewnętrznych i stropów pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem), wymiana okien, wymiana instalacji c.o. oraz montaż nowych, energooszczędnych term gazowych c.w.u., kompleksowa modernizacja kotłowni, wymiana instalacji c.o., modernizacja oświetlenia, montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych. Wszystkie planowane do wykonania inwestycje wynikają z przeprowadzonych audytów energetycznych i odpowiadają najwyższym możliwym standardom efektywności energetycznej. Realizacja projektu zmieni wizerunek obecnego obiektu OSP w Sulejówku. Dzięki kompleksowym rozwiązaniom przewidzianym w projekcie polegającym na termomodernizacji, unowocześnieniu systemu grzewczego strażnicy, częściowej zamianie źródeł energii na źródła odnawialne oraz zastosowaniu urządzeń fotowoltaicznych służących pozyskaniu energii słonecznej redukcji ulegnie emisja zanieczyszczeń pyłowych i gazowych do powietrza atmosferycznego. Na poprawie warunków technicznych w strażnicy skorzysta miejscowa społeczność oraz odbiorcy imprez i zajęć kulturalnych odbywających się nieodpłatnie w OSP. Ponadto, osiągnięte zostaną wymierne korzyści natury ekonomicznej i oszczędnościowej polegające na zmniejszeniu rocznego zużycia i zapotrzebowania na energię, co przełoży się na obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania oraz redukcję kosztów utrzymania obiektu. Grupę docelową stanowią głównie mieszkańcy Sulejówka oraz powiatu mińskiego, dzieci i młodzież uczestnicząca w zajęciach dodatkowych organizowanych w budynku OSP, strażacy OSP, Urząd Miasta Sulejówek.
