In the case of two buildings, investment work has already begun. As part of the project, the following facilities will be subjected to thermal modernisation: Nursery 44 at ul. Wejherowska 1 (building no. 1), Piotr Wysocki School Complex at ul. Odrowąża 75 (building no. 2 – investment works already started), School Complex No. 84 at ul. Winners 44 (building no. 3), Primary School No. 271 at ul. Niegocińska 2 (building no. 4), Warsaw Family Help Centre at ul. Lipinska 2 (building no. 5 – investment work has already begun). All these buildings have energetic audits, and after completion of the investment, ex-post energ. audits will be carried out. According to the energy audits carried out, energy efficiency will be increased by at least 25 % in each thermally modernised building. The project is complex in nature and assumes, among others: window replacement (buildings no.: 3, 4, 5) or an external door. (buildings no.: 1, 2, 3, 4), replacement of lighting for energy efficient (buildings no. 4), reconstruction of heating systems (buildings no.: 1, 2, 4, 5), use of weather automation (buildings no.: 1, 2, 4, 5), installation of photovoltaic cells (RES) capable of generating electricity (building No 5), installation of sub-valves and thermostats (buildings no.: 1, 2, 4, 5) and warming of the outer partitions of the object, including outer walls. (buildings no.: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), roofs or stropodaches (buildings No: 1, 2, 3, 5. As a result of the project, the efficiency of the above-mentioned facilities will be increased by approx. 61,24 % for baseline. In addition, CO2 emissions will be reduced by approx. IT’S 61.28 %. The target EP h+w is estimated at approx. 74.22 kWh/(m² x year), in turn cost efficiency of 2,68 PLN/kWh/year. The project is compatible with PGN and OMW Strategy (English) | |||||||||||||||

W wyniku realizacji proj. zostanie zwiększona efektywność energ. ww. placówek łącznie o ok. 61,24% w odniesieniu do stanu początkowego. Ponadto zostanie zredukowana emisja CO2 o ok. 61,28%.
