The project consists of the construction of a photovoltaic installation on the premises belonging to ROSTALCO Sp. z o.o. The aim of the investment is to improve the energy efficiency of a company in the SME sector achieved by using solar energy to produce electricity for their own needs. Seasonal energy surpluses are also expected to be transferred to the power grid (for distribution purposes). The project includes the launch of a PV installation with a capacity of 150 kWp located on the roof of the currently operated service and commercial hall building in Piaseczno. The target group of the project is the company and its contractors, which, as a result of the investment, will reduce the demand for electricity from conventional sources. This will contribute to reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and increasing the share of RES energy in the energy balance, as well as supporting the development of a low-carbon economy in line with the Europe 2020 strategy. Projekt polega na budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznej na terenie obiektu należącego do przedsiębiorstwa ROSTALCO Sp. z o.o. Celem inwestycji jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej firmy z sektora MŚP osiągnięta dzięki wykorzystaniu energii słońca do produkcji energii elektrycznej na własne potrzeby. Zakłada się także sezonowe oddawanie nadwyżek energii do sieci energetycznej (na cele dystrybucyjne). W zakres przedsięwzięcia wchodzi uruchomienie instalacji PV o mocy 150 kWp zlokalizowanej na dachu obecnie eksploatowanego budynku hali usługowo-handlowej w Piasecznie. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi przedsiębiorstwo oraz jego kontrahenci, którzy w efekcie realizacji inwestycji ograniczą zapotrzebowanie na energię elektryczną pochodzącą ze źródeł konwencjonalnych. Przyczyni się to do ograniczenia emisji CO2 do atmosfery oraz do zwiększenia udziału energii pochodzącej z OZE w bilansie energetycznym, jak również pozwoli na wsparcie procesów budowy gospodarki niskoemisyjnej zgodnie z założeniami Strategii Europa 2020.
