The aim of the project implemented by the municipalities of Nasielsk, Leoncin and Vinnytsia is to improve air quality and reduce pollutant emissions by increasing the share of energy generated from renewable sources in the structure of energy consumed in the Municipalities. As a result of the project, heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and solar collectors will be installed on the building of the Municipal Office in Nasielsk, Municipal Kindergarten and Żłobek in Nasielsk, the Municipal Office in Leoncin and the building of the former Police in Leoncin, located at Kobendzy 4 Square, as well as private buildings belonging to residents of the above-mentioned municipalities. The direct beneficiary of the project will be local government units of the Municipalities of Nasielsk and Leoncin and residents of the Municipalities participating in the project. Thanks to the implementation of the project, these entities will bear lower costs related to the consumption of electricity and heat. As a result, the project will reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, which will positively affect the comfort of life and health of all residents of the Municipalities of Nasielsk, Leoncin and Vinnitsa and the areas adjacent to these communes. Reducing air pollution in the Municipal Area will contribute to the improvement of the environment, including valuable Natura 2000 sites, which will increase the tourist values of the Municipalities. Celem projektu realizowanego przez Gminy Nasielsk, Leoncin i Winnica jest poprawa jakości powietrza i redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń poprzez zwiększenie udziału energii pozyskiwanej ze źródeł odnawialnych w strukturze zużywanej energii w Gminach. W wyniku projektu zostaną zainstalowane pompy ciepła, panele fotowoltaiczne i kolektory słoneczne na Budynku Urzędu Miejskiego w Nasielsku, Przedszkola Miejskiego i Żłobka w Nasielsku, Urzędu Gminy w Leoncinie oraz Budynku dawnej Policji w Leoncinie znajdującym się pod adresem Plac Kobendzy 4, a także na budynkach prywatnych, należących do mieszkańców wyżej wymienionych Gmin. Beneficjentem bezpośrednim projektu będą jednostki samorządowe Gmin Nasielsk i Leoncin oraz mieszkańcy Gmin biorących udział w projekcie. Dzięki wdrożeniu projektu podmioty te będą ponosiły niższe wydatki związane ze zużyciem energii elektrycznej i cieplnej. W efekcie realizacji projektu nastąpi obniżenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery co pozytywnie wpłynie na komfort życia oraz zdrowie wszystkich mieszkańców Gmin Nasielsk, Leoncin i Winnica oraz obszarów przylegających do tych Gmin. Zmniejszenie zanieczyszczenia powietrza na obszarze Gmin korzystnie przyczyni się do poprawy kondycji środowiska naturalnego, w tym cennych obszarów Natura 2000, co w efekcie podniesie walory turystyczne Gmin. Dlatego też do potencjalnych beneficjentów można również zaliczyć osoby, które będą przyjeżdżać do Gmin w celach turystycznych i rekreacyjnych. (Polish)
