The project consists of outsourcing a research service to a much improved product — floor pan. The service contractor will be the entity holding a category A +, A or B in accordance with the Law on the Financing of Science. The scientific unit will carry out a development which will result in an innovative product and an improved mode of production. In the framework of the service, research will be carried out: The moisture content, the thermal permeability factor, the hardness, the strength of the glued weld, the resistance to floor heating, the resistance to water floor heaters, the execution of the test run, the verification of the product under laboratory conditions. The aim of the project is to obtain, within the framework of the research carried out, a significantly improved product and technology to achieve the specified parameters (resulting from the tests) under production conditions. An innovative product with the following characteristics: — an increased hardness — at least 50 % compared to the existing on the market of floor boards, — an increased or an equal heat permeability, — at least similar to non-treated wood, to remain dimensional and geometric in the case of humidity and temperature changes to a defined range — at least similar to non-treated wood, and the strength of the equatorial weld to the specified medium, — enhanced ability to remain dimensional and geometric, under the conditions provided for floor heating. Process innovation consists of the development of an optimal method of curing the wood boards throughout the cross-section without the use of chemical agents. (English)

    Projekt polega na zleceniu jednostce naukowej usługi badawczej polegającej na stworzeniu znacznie ulepszonego produktu - deski podłogowej. Wykonawcą usługi będzie jednostka posiadająca kategorię A+, A lub B zgodnie z ustawą o zasadach finansowania nauki. Jednostka naukowa prowadzić będzie prace rozwojowe, których rezultatem będzie powstanie innowacyjnego produktu oraz ulepszonego sposobu produkcji. W ramach usługi przeprowadzone zostaną badania: - wilgotności, - współczynnika przenikalności cieplnej, - twardości, - wytrzymałości spoiny klejowej, - odporności na ogrzewanie podłogowe, - odporności na ogrzewanie podłogowe wodne, - wykonanie serii próbnej, - sprawdzenie produktu w warunkach laboratoryjnych. Celem projektu jest uzyskanie w ramach przeprowadzonych badań znacznie ulepszonego produktu i technologii osiągania założonych parametrów (opracowanych w wyniku badań) w warunkach produkcyjnych. Powstanie innowacyjny produkt o następujących właściwościach: - zwiększona twardość - co najmniej 50% w porównaniu do istniejących na rynku desek podłogowych, - zwiększony lub równy współczynnik przenikalności cieplnej, - przynajmniej podobna do drewna niepoddanego obróbce zdolność do zachowania wymiarowości i geometrii w przypadku zmian wilgotności i temperatury w określonym zakresie, - co najmniej podobna do drewna niepoddanego obróbce przyczepność i wytrzymałość spoiny klejowej do określonego podłoża, - zwiększona zdolność do zachowania wymiarowości i geometrii - w zadanych warunkach przy zastosowaniu na ogrzewanie podłogowe. Innowacja procesowa polega na opracowaniu optymalnej metody utwardzania desek z litego drewna w całym przekroju bez stosowania środków chemicznych. (Polish)
