The main objective of the project: “Activation of a professional player after the age of 30 from a district of janowksi V” will give a brief account of the employment of people aged 30 and over for whom an aid profile is in place for persons aged 30 + and for whom an aid profile is in place in the territory of janowski, which is in particular the difficult situation on the labour market. The target will be reached in the project period, i.e. from 01.01.2019 to 31.03.2020. The support will be supported by 143os (86k and 57 m).All of the project will receive a specific offer of activation through the analysis of the participant, the predisposition and the problems encountered by the participant. On this basis, the PLO in Janos or. will implement the relevant services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Promotion of Labour Market Institutions. The project will be as follows: 143 (76k + 66 m) vocational training for 10os. (50k + 12 m), vocational training for 38os (135k + 20 m), vocational training for 12os. (8k + 6 m) i. e. Spawanie to methodological method.III.3. (3k + 11 m), part.orhire of 5os (6k and m), K + m subsidy (K + m). The project assumes a minimum level of performance for all target groups: — minutes level of the most difficult criterion, including immigrants, migrants, persons aged 50 +, women, persons with disabilities, of slong-term., os. with low eligibility to ISCED3 at -45 %, Tj51os -min. It is expected that, 5 % of projeck (8os) may be called into question in accordance with the plans for which they will be able to support them. (English)

    Głównym celem projektu pn. "Aktywizacja zawod. osób po 30 roku życia z terenu powiatu janowksiego V" będzie zwięszenie zatrudnienia osób po 30 roku życia oraz osób odchodzących z rolnictwa w wieku 30 + dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy z terenu pow. janowskiego, znajdujących się w szczeg. trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Założony cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie realizacji projektu tj. od 01.01.2019r. do 31.03.2020r. W ramach proj. wsparciem objętych zostanie 143os.(86k i 57m).Każdy z uczest. projektu otrzyma konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zaw. poprzez analizę umiejęt., predyspozycji i problemów danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Janowie Lub. będzie realizować odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrum. rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o prom. zatrud. i instytucjach rynku pracy.
