Gł. celem proj. będzie zwięszenie zatrudnienia osób po 30 roku życia oraz osób odchodzących z rolnictwa w wieku 30 + dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy z terenu powiatu janowskiego, znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Założony cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie realizacji projektu tj. od 01.01.2016r. do 31.12.2016r. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 113 osób(49 kobiet i 64 mężczyzn).Każdy z uczestników projektu otrzyma konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej poprzez analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Janowie Lubelskim będzie realizować odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Zaplanowane działania dla uczestników projektu to : Indywidualny Plan Działania, doradztwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy dla wszystkich uczestników projektu(113 osób-49 kobiet i 64 mężczyzn),staż zawodowy dla 66 osób(43 kobiety i 23 mężczyzn), szkolenie zawodowe dla 14 mężczyzn pn. " Operator koparko-ładowarki kl.III",szkolenie "Spawanie metodą MAG-135" dla 10 osób, Kurs Kwalifikacji wstępnej przyśpieszonej w zakresie Kat.C, C+E" dla 1 os., Kurs "Kierowca Kat.C" dla 2 os.,dopos. lub wypos. stan. pracy dla 20 osób(6kobiet i 14 mężczyzn). W efekcie realizacji projektu zatrudnienie podejmie co najmniej: - wśród os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej ( 33% uczest. danej grupy), - wśród kobiet( 39%uczest. danej grupy), - wśród os. niepełnospr.(33%uczest. danej grupy), - wśród osób dług. bezrob.(30%uczest. danej grupy), - wśród osób o niskich kwalifik. (38%uczest. danej grupy), - 40% uczestników niekwalifik. się do żadnej w/w grupy. Ponadto planuje się, iż zatrudnienie wśród rolników podejmie co najmniej 22% uczestników danej grupy. The target will be achieved during the project implementation period, i.e. from 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016. The project will support 113 people (49 women and 64 men).Each participant will receive a specific offer of professional activation by analysing the skills, predispositions and problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, PUP in Janów Lubelski will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market, referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Planned actions for project participants are: Individual Action Plan, Vocational Advice and Job Intermediation for all project participants(113 persons-49 women and 64 men), professional internship for 66 persons(43 women and 23 men), vocational training for 14 men BC. “backhoe-loader of class.III”, training “Mag-135 Welding” for 10 persons, Pre-qualification course accelerated in the scope of Kat.C, C+E for 1 people, Course “Kierowiec Kat.C” for 2 persons,possible or condition of work for 20 persons(6 women and 14 men). As a result of the project, employment will take place at least: — among people aged 50 years and over (33 % of the participation of a given group), – among women (39 % of the participation of a given group), – among people under-supply (33 % of the participation of a given group), – among persons with a debt. unemployment.(30 % participation of a given group), – among low-skilled people. (38 % participation of a given group), – 40 % of participants are not eligible for any of the above-mentioned groups. In addition, it is planned that at least 22 % of the participants in the group will take up employment among farmers.
