The main problem to which the project answers are the low competences of the key students of the Primary School in Wola Gułowska and the unsatisfactory results of this school’s external examinations. The project will be implemented at the Primary School in Wola Gułowska in the period from 01.12.2017 to 30.06.2019. 120 pupils/nothing (60 students and 60 pupils) will be supported. In order to address the above mentioned problems of the project, the following classes will be carried out: developing, didactic and equilibrium, developing key competences, classes conducted by the experimental method. We will also support 25 teachers, including 23 women and 2 men. Teachers will be trained in: developing the skills and attitudes of pupils – creativity, innovation, teamwork, cybersecurity education and the safe use of computer hardware, raising the competences of digital teachers. The school will be equipped with the equipment necessary for conducting modern, innovative activities and will be equipped with the following workshops: natural science, math. The project results in raising key competences and appropriate attitudes and skills on the labour market in 90 % of pupils i.e. 108 people including 54 pupils and 54 pupils, through additional activities and improving professional competence in modern teaching methods 80 % of teachers, i.e. 20, including 19 women and 1 men from supported glass by 30.06.2019. Głównym problemem, na który odpowiedź stanowi projekt są niskie kompetencje kluczowe uczniów Szkoły Podstawowej w Woli Gułowskiej oraz niezadawalające wyniki uczniów tej szkoły z egzaminów zewnętrznych. Projekt realizowany będzie w Szkole Podstawowej w Woli Gułowskiej w okresie od 01.12.2017 do 30.06.2019. Wsparciem objętych zostanie 120 uczniów/nic (60 uczennic i 60 uczniów). W celu zniwelowania w/w problemów ramach projektu realizowane będą zajęcia: rozwijające, dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze, rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe, zajęcia prowadzone metodą eksperymentu. Wsparciem obejmiemy również 25 nauczycieli w tym 23 kobiet i 2 mężczyzn. Nauczyciele zostaną przeszkoleni w zakresie: kształtowania umiejętności i właściwych postaw uczniów - kreatywność, innowacyjność, praca zespołowa, edukacji w zakresie bezpieczeństwa w cyberprzestrzeni oraz bezpiecznego korzystania ze sprzętu komputerowego, podnoszenia kompetencji cyfrowych nauczycieli. Szkoła zostanie wyposażona w sprzęt niezbędny do prowadzenia nowoczesnych, innowacyjnych zajęć oraz doposażone zostaną pracownie: przyrodnicza, matematyczna. Efektem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności na rynku pracy u 90 % uczniów tj. 108 os. w tym 54 uczennic i 54 uczniów, poprzez realizację zajęć dodatkowych oraz podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych w zakresie nowoczesnych metod nauczania 80% nauczycieli tj 20 osób w tym 19 kobiet i 1 mężczyzn ze szkły objętej wsparciem w terminie do 30.06.2019 r.
