The subject of the project is to implement in the company BMB Sp. z o.o. the results of its own research and development. In 2016 BMB Sp. z o.o. successfully completed the preparation of a recipe for the production of sweets with health-promoting properties. The aim of the project is to strengthen the company’s competitiveness through the production and marketing of new innovative products – vitaminised candies/drugs with mineral additives as a result of the implementation of the results of R & D. Product innovation is 2 new products not available on the market with different compositions (more in part C2). Process innovation – new production technology as a result of the completion by BMB Sp. z o.o. of technological trials aimed at changing the technological process. BMB Sp. z o.o. has the rights to use the results of R & D in accordance with the project’s description and objectives. The innovativeness of new products stems from the fact that they will be intermediate products between dietary supplements and functional foods, which are currently not present on the food market. Having a balanced composition of vitamins and minerals ensuring health effects will be a response to changes taking place on the food market, which seeks safe food products with new characteristics and properties. The target group is all consumers, but it is intended for active people who practice sports and are aware of rational nutrition. Therefore, the product contains minerals and vitamins supplementing typical nutritional deficiencies and physiological losses associated with active life. The scope of the project includes the purchase of machinery needed to implement the results of research and the placing on the market of finished products with the characteristics indicated above.     Firma BMB Sp. z o.o. istnieje od 1993 r. i jest producentem słodyczy, które konsumenci mogą kupić przeważnie w znanych sieciach handlowych. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie BMB Sp. z o.o. wyników samodzielnie przeprowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych. W 2016 roku BMB Sp. z o.o. z sukcesem zakończyła opracowanie receptury do produkcji słodyczy o właściwościach prozdrowotnych. Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa poprzez produkcję i wprowadzenie na rynek nowych innowacyjnych produktów – witaminizowanych cukierków/drażetek z dodatkami mineralnymi w efekcie wdrożenia do produkcji wyników prac B+R. Innowacja produktowa to 2 nowe produkty niedostępne na rynku o odmiennych składach (więcej w części C2). Innowacja procesowa – nowa technologia produkcji w wyniku zakończenia przez BMB Sp. z o.o. prób technologicznych mających na celu zmianę procesu technologicznego. Firma BMB Sp. z o.o. posiada prawa pozwalające na wykorzystanie wyników prac B+R zgodnie z opisem i celami projektu. Innowacyjność nowych produktów wynika z faktu, że będą one produktami pośrednimi pomiędzy suplementami diety i żywnością funkcjonalną, jakich obecnie w tej postaci nie ma na rynku spożywczym. Posiadając zbilansowany skład witamin i minerałów zapewniający zdrowotne działanie będą odpowiedzią na zmiany zachodzące na rynku spożywczym, który poszukuje bezpiecznych produktów spożywczych o nowych cechach i właściwościach. Grupę docelową stanowią wszyscy konsumenci, ale przeznaczony jest dla ludzi aktywnych, uprawiających sport i świadomych zagadnienia racjonalnego odżywiania. Dlatego produkt zawiera minerały i witaminy uzupełniające typowe braki żywieniowe oraz straty fizjologiczne związane z aktywnym życiem.
