The subject of the project is the implementation of an innovative production process, introducing improved products to the company’s offer in the form of: conveyors, conveyors for the transport of packaging in the food industry, conveyors for transporting unpacked products, in particular meat in high hygienic risk zones. The investment will consist of the purchase and installation of machinery for metalworking (mainly stainless steel and acid-resistant steel): tube bender, numerical lathe type MN 560 x 1000 or equivalent, 3D laser cutting machine equipped with 4000 W CO2 laser, 3-roller. It is planned to rebuild and expand the existing production and service and warehouse building with adaptation of the site, installation and production technology. This concerns, among others, the expansion of the production area and the adaptation of the existing construction to the newly designed plant technology. With the purchase of new machines and new CAD software, the production process will be improved and innovative, resulting from the use of modern machines for laser cutting and plastic processing. The project will also include activities: commissioned R & D research, promotion, investor supervision and development of project documentation. Objectives of the project: Placing on the market an improved product type through implementation of R & D results, baseline value: 0, target value: 1, year of achievement: 2018. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnego procesu produkcji, wprowadzającego do oferty firmy udoskonalone produkty w postaci: przenośników taśmowych, przenośników do transportu opakowań w przemyśle spożywczym, przenośników do transportu niezapakowanego produktu, w szczególności mięsa w strefach wysokiego ryzyka higienicznego. Inwestycja polegać będzie na zakupie i instalacji maszyn do obróbki metali (głównie stali nierdzewnej i kwasoodpornej): giętarka do rur, tokarka numeryczna typu MN 560 x 1000 lub równoważna, wycinarka laserowa 3D wyposażona w laser CO2 o mocy 4000 W, walcarka 3-rolkowa. Planowana jest przebudowa i rozbudowa istniejącego budynku produkcyjno-usługowo-magazynowego z przystosowaniem terenu, instalacji i technologii produkcji. Dotyczy to m.in. powiększenia powierzchni produkcji oraz dostosowanie istniejącej konstrukcji do nowo-projektowanej technologii zakładu. Dzięki zakupowi nowych maszyn i nowego oprogramowania CAD proces produkcji będzie ulepszony- innowacyjny, co będzie wynikać z zastosowania nowoczesnych maszyn do procesów cięcia laserowego i obróbki plastycznej. Projekt obejmie również działania: zlecone badania B+R, promocję, nadzór inwestorski oraz opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej. Cele projektu: Wprowadzanie na rynek ulepszonego rodzaju produktu poprzez wdrożenie wyników prac B+R, wartość bazowa: 0, wartość docelowa: 1, rok osiągnięcia: 2018. Wprowadzanie na rynek ulepszonej technologii poprzez wdrożenie wyników prac B+R, wartość bazowa: 0, wartość docelowa: 1, rok osiągnięcia: 2018. Wzrost zatrudnienia w przedsiębiorstwie: wartość bazowa:0, wartość docelowa: 3, rok osiągnięcia: 2018.
