The project consists of carrying out research and development work on the Automator system. The idea of the project is based on an idea in which, ultimately, people performing simple, repetitive activities will be replaced by software robots. Robots will make use of existing systems without altering them. Automation of operation at the level of the existing user interface will be used for communication between systems. The project will use an approach in which robots will be taught by observing actual workers. Machine learning mechanisms will process the stream of data collected by the monitoring software (agent) installed on the employee’s computer. Based on the collected data, process models will be created with accuracy to go between individual application windows, mouse clicks and pressed keys. Based on such data, it will be possible to create models of processes that will be performed by robots that will reproduce the actions performed by humans. The automator will be an end-to-end solution that improves process automation from the analysis of existing processes to replacing people in the process with robots. The project covers the industrial research phase: — Action 1 Exploration of user activity to automatically create process models; — Action 2 Research on the extraction of process data in order to create a Central Process Data Repository; — Action 3 Research on the creation of a prototype robot automating the execution of processes and development: — Action 1 Development work on creating and optimising the operation of a robot farm, automating process execution on a large scale. The results of R & D works will be implemented into their own business activities. The Automator system will be dedicated to operational/outsourcing centres (BPOs) and shared service centres (SSCs). EXTREME ROBOTICS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ
0 references
Projekt obejmuje fazę badań przemysłowych: - Działanie 1 Badania nad przechwytywaniem aktywności użytkowników w celu automatycznego tworzenia modeli procesów; - Działanie 2 Badania nad ekstrakcją danych procesowych w celu stworzenia Centralnego Repozytorium Danych Procesowych; - Działanie 3 Badania nad stworzeniem prototypu robota automatyzującego wykonywanie procesów oraz prac rozwojowych: - Działanie 1 Prace rozwojowe nad stworzeniem i optymalizacją działania farmy robotów, automatyzującej wykonywanie procesów w dużej skali. Wyniki prac B + R zostaną wdrożone do własnej działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy – system Automatyzator dedykowany będzie dla centrów operacyjnych/outsourcingowych (BPO) i centrów usług wspólnych (SSC).
