The aim of the project is to improve access to pre-school education in Ostrów Lubelski commune by permanently increasing by 45 places of preschool education for 45 children aged 3-4 years (21 boys, 24 girls), raising the competences of 3 teachers, e.g. from special pedagogy, broadening the offer of additional classes with speech therapy, corrective gymnastics and psychoeducation classes and increased knowledge of 45 parents (40 K) in the field of equalising deficits in children by participating in workshops. 01.04.2019-31.08.2020. New places of preschool education will be created in new branches in the OWP in Kaznów (10 places), OWP Rozkopaczew (20 places), OWP Ostrów Lubelski (15 places) in a adapted local base for children of preschool age (21 boys, 21 girls). The need to create new preschool education places in Ostrów Lubelski is due to the insufficient number of preschool education places in the commune – in 2018 there will be 122 preschool places (number of preschool children: 234), in 2019 – there will be 121 seats (forecast number of pre-age children: 233), in 2020 there will be 133 seats (245 pre-aged children) and in 2021 there will be 128 seats (240 pre-age children). The project will implement the following actions: 1. Creation of new preschooling places in Ostrów Lubelski commune, 2. Training for Teachers 3. Financing the current cost of maintaining new 45 pre-school education sites by 12 months. 4. Extension of the offer of PLO to classes that increase children’s educational opportunities and psycho-educational activities. Indicators: • Number of children covered by additional activities increasing their educational opportunities in pre-school education – 45 (24 girls, 21 boys) • Number of pre-primary education places co-financed in the programme – 45. Celem proj jest poprawa dostępu do edukacji przedszkolnej w gminie Ostrów Lubelski poprzez trwałe zwiększenie o 45 liczby miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej dla 45 dzieci w wieku 3 - 4 lata (21 chłopców, 24 dziewczynek), podniesienie kompetencji 3 nauczycielek m.in. z pedagogiki specjalnej, poszerzenie oferty zajęć dodatkowych o zajęcia logopedyczne, gimnastykę korekcyjną i zajęcia z psychoedukacyjne oraz wzrost wiedzy 45 rodziców (40 K) z zakresu wyrównywania deficytów u dzieci poprzez udział w warsztatach w okr. 01.04.2019-31.08.2020. Nowe miejsca edukacji przedszkolnej zostaną utworzone w nowych oddziałach w OWP w Kaznów (10 miejsc), OWP Rozkopaczew (20 miejsc), OWP Ostrów Lubelski (15 miejsc) w dostosowanej bazie lokalowej dla dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym (21 chłopców, 21 dziewczynki). Potrzeba utworzenia nowych miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej w gminie Ostrów Lubelski wynika z niewystarczającej liczby miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie - w 2018r. zabraknie 122 miejsca przedszkolne (liczba dzieci w wieku przedszk.: 234), w 2019r.-zabraknie 121 miejsc (prognozowana liczba dzieci w wieku przedszk.: 233), w 2020 zabraknie 133 miejsc (245 dzieci w wieku przedszk.), zaś w 2021 zabraknie 128 miejsc (240 dzieci w wieku przedsz.). W proj zrealizowane zostaną następujące działania: 1. Utworzenie nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w gminie Ostrów Lubelski, 2. Szkolenia dla nauczycielek 3. Sfinansowanie bieżących kosztów utrzymania nowych 45 miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej przez 12 m-cy. 4. Rozszerzenie oferty OWP o zajęcia zwiększające szanse edukacyjne dzieci i zajęcia psychoedukacyjne. Wskaźniki: • Liczba dzieci objętych w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszkolnej – 45 (24 dziewczęta, 21 chłopców) • Liczba miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dofinansowanych w programie - 45.
