The main objective of the proposed project is to launch the ITeE Prototype Centre – PIB, aimed at the development of innovative product solutions generated in scientific centres and industrial plants in Mazovia (universities, research institutes, SMEs), aimed at supporting the economy’s demand for services in the field of prototype activity, improving the competence of specialists in the advanced technology sector and innovative marketing of innovations. The Prototype Centre will be the organizational unit of the Institute of Exploration Technology – PIB in Radom, included in the Mazovian Voivodship Development Strategy 2030 Intelligent Mazowsze, as the subject of strategic intervention (OSI), to which regional policy will be addressed in a special way. The said Strategy emphasises the need for measures to support the development of industrial specialisations of the Radom subregion, including support for the development of the Institute of Exploitation Technology – the National Research Institute in Radom and the implementation of its research results into production (section 6.1. Strategy, p. 85. The centre will be an instrument supporting the development of medium-sized and small enterprises in the Mazowsze region, operating mainly in precise metal and mechatronic industries, which are characteristic especially for the Radom subregion. The Centre’s technological activities, conducted by ITeE – PIB, will be assisted by the Association of Employers of Warsaw and Mazowsze in Warsaw and BCC, especially the Radom Lodge, in the scope of searching for partners for cooperation among enterprises in the Mazowsze region, implementing joint ventures with enterprises and promoting the activities of the ITeE – PIB Prototype Centre. Celem głównym proponowanego projektu jest uruchomienie Centrum Prototypowania ITeE – PIB, ukierunkowanego na rozwój nowatorskich rozwiązań produktowych generowanych w ośrodkach naukowych i zakładach przemysłowych Mazowsza (uczelnie, instytuty badawcze, przedsiębiorstwa MSP), mającego na celu wsparcie zapotrzebowania gospodarki na usługi w zakresie działalności prototypowej, doskonalenie kompetencji specjalistów sektora zaawansowanych technologii oraz nowatorski marketing innowacji. Centrum Prototypowania stanowić będzie jednostkę organizacyjną Instytutu Technologii Eksploatacji – PIB w Radomiu ujętego w Strategii Rozwoju Województwa Mazowieckiego 2030 Inteligentne Mazowsze, jako przedmiot strategicznej interwencji (OSI), do którego polityka regionalna będzie adresowana w szczególny sposób. We wskazanej Strategii uwypuklono konieczność podejmowania działań na rzecz wspomagania rozwoju specjalizacji przemysłowych subregionu radomskiego, w tym wsparcie rozwoju Instytutu Technologii Eksploatacji – Państwowego Instytut Badawczego w Radomiu oraz wdrożenie wyników jego badań do produkcji (punkt 6.1. Strategii, str. 85). Centrum stanowić będzie instrument wspierający rozwój średnich i małych przedsiębiorstw z regionu Mazowsza, działających głównie w precyzyjnej branży metalowej i mechatronicznej, charakterystycznych zwłaszcza dla subregionu radomskiego. Działalność technologiczna Centrum, prowadzona przez ITeE – PIB, wspomagana będzie przez Związek Pracodawców Warszawy i Mazowsza w Warszawie oraz BCC, szczególnie Lożę Radomską, w zakresie poszukiwania partnerów do współpracy wśród przedsiębiorstw regionu Mazowsze, realizacji wspólnych przedsięwzięć z przedsiębiorstwami i promowania działalności Centrum Prototypowania ITeE – PIB.
