The subject of the project is the purchase and installation of solar heating systems of central water and biomass kilns. Solar installations will be installed on 513 private buildings in the Wólka Municipality (total power of 1995 kW). The project will also include 25 biomass kilns (total capacity of 505 kW). Existing conventional sources of heat will be replaced by free solar energy. Implementation of specific objectives will indirectly increase the tourist attractiveness of the region, improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and directly improve the state of the environment.The target group will be residents of the municipality of Wólka (private users), who expressed their willingness to join the project expressed in the form of a survey. Project indicators – additional renewable energy generation capacity – 2,5 MW. Production of heat energy -1876,70 MWth/year. Number of units of heat generation – 538 pcs. Decrease in CO emissions 2-1066.68 Mg/year.Air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to develop an air protection programme. There are no corrective or short-term measures for the municipality of Wólka for the Lublin SEZ, which means that the levels of substances subject to air quality assessment have not been exceeded. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja solarnych systemów grzewczych centralnej wody użytkowej oraz pieców na biomasę. Instalacje solarne zostaną zamontowane na 513 obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Wólka (łączna moc 1 995 kW). W ramach projektu zostanie zamontowanych również 25 pieców na biomasę (łączna moc 505 kW). Dotychczasowe konwencjonalne źródła energii cieplnej zostaną zastąpione darmową energią słoneczną. Realizacja celów szczegółowych wpłynie pośrednio na wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu, poprawę warunków życia jego mieszkańców oraz bezpośrednio na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego.Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy gminy Wólka (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu- dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 2,5 MW. Produkcja energii cieplnej -1876,70 MWth/rok. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 538 szt. Spadek emisji CO 2 - 1066,68 Mg/rok.Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Wólka, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza.
