The aim of the project is to increase the company’s competitiveness by introducing on the market an innovative solution for intelligent in-house transport systems, i.e. fully automated autonomous transport platforms of AGV class (and. Automatic Guided Vehicles) and intelligent transport conveyors, for use in automated production lines. Both products can be integrated into a network of devices and automatically exchange information with them creating complete logistics systems in line with the idea of Industry 4.0. Modern information and communication techniques and an innovative navigation system will be used, using data obtained from the laser scanner and the natural feature navigation system to drive the vehicle. This innovation enables route identification and reconfiguration in each production line to create a real “map” of the object, which can be coupled to a virtual CAD model. The products can be supplemented with monitoring software for OEE measurement and predictive diagnostics. New products will be created through their own research and development, which selected innovative technologies in the field of drives and control, navigation and data transmission. Expansion of production with new products requires the purchase of machines, tools and software and the addition of a new hall with equipment. As a result of the project, the results of their own R & D work will be implemented, two new products will be put on the market: stand-alone AGV transport platforms and intelligent transport conveyors. 3 people will be employed in specialist positions. A virtualised server and an IT platform to support the service will be launched. Within 3 years of the project’s shelf life, the level of sales of new products will be achieved in total over PLN 3 million. The target group is manufacturing companies in all industries and logistics centres. (English)

    Celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy poprzez wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnego rozwiązania inteligentnych systemów transportu wewnątrzzakładowego, tj. w pełni zautomatyzowanych autonomicznych platform transportowych klasy AGV (and. Automated Guided Vehicles) oraz inteligentnych przenośników transportowych, do wykorzystania w zautomatyzowanych liniach produkcyjnych. Oba produkty mogą być włączone w sieć urządzeń i automatycznie wymieniać z nimi informacje tworząc kompletne systemy logistyczne zgodnie z ideą Przemysłu 4.0. Stosowane będą nowoczesne techniki informacyjne i komunikacyjne oraz innowacyjny system nawigacji, używający do kierowania pojazdem danych pozyskiwanych na bieżąco ze skanera laserowego i systemu wizyjnego (natural feature navigation). Innowacyjność ta umożliwia wyznaczanie i rekonfigurację trasy w każdej linii produkcyjnej tworząc rzeczywistą "mapę" obiektu, która może być sprzężona z wirtualnym modelem CAD. Produkty mogą być uzupełnione o oprogramowanie nadzorujące do pomiaru OEE i diagnostyki predykcyjnej. Nowe produkty powstaną dzięki przeprowadzonym własnym pracom badawczo-rozwojowym, w ramach których dobrano nowatorskie technologie w dziedzinie napędów i sterowania oraz nawigacji i transmisji danych. Rozszerzenie produkcji o nowe produkty, wymaga zakupu maszyn, narzędzi i oprogramowania oraz dobudowy nowej hali z wyposażeniem. W wyniku zrealizowania projektu wdrożone będą wyniki własnych prac B+R, wprowadzone zostaną na rynek dwa nowe produkty: autonomiczne platformy transportowe AGV oraz inteligentne przenośniki transportowe. Zatrudnione zostaną 3 osoby na stanowiskach specjalistycznych. Uruchomiony zostanie serwer wirtualizowany i udostępniona platforma informatyczna do obsługi serwisu . W ciągu 3 lat trwałości projektu osiągnięty zostanie poziom sprzedaży nowych produktów łącznie ponad 3 mln. zł. Grupą docelową są przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjne we wszystkich gałęziach przemysłu i centra logistyczne. (Polish)
