Property / summary
The main objective of the project is to increase Ream Poland’s competitiveness through the introduction of new services to the market. In order to achieve this objective, specific objectives have been set: implementation of R & D, entry into new markets, application of innovative solutions, deployment of new services to the market, export growth, employment growth. The objectives of the project are set out in the timetable for the project: the purchase of intangible assets, the purchase of fixed assets, the implementation of the R & D results and the diversification of activities. output and result (min: increase of employment: 3 people, increase of revenues, implementation of innovation, implementation of R & D results, number of enterprises supported). The project is directly linked to the implementation of new services on the market: a regeneration service to the aeronautical and vehicle industries by means of reverse engineering, and regeneration and production of details of the wind turbines available 5 working days after the day on which the contract was received. The deployment of services available 5 working days from the day of receipt of the contract will be made possible by the implementation of a demand response system. The target audience of the new services is to: automotive wholesalers, vehicle repairers, car repairers, car repairers, tuning companies, companies specialising in renewables, wind farms, airline companies and parts manufacturers. Among these target groups, the greatest demand for the recovery of parts/details is reported. The innovative character of new services will be the result of reverse engineering. The process of process for the implementation of the regeneration service will take place in the following stages: measure the details, then via 3D software restoration of true shape, print on printing 3d where a prototype is printed and a check. The last step is to create a machine in the machine tool. (English)

    Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności firmy Ream Poland poprzez wdrożenie nowych usług na rynek. Aby ten cel mógł zostać osiągnięty wyznaczono cele szczegółowe: wdrożenie prac B+R, wejście na nowe rynki zbytu, zastosowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań, wdrożenie nowych usług na rynek, wzrost eksportu, wzrost zatrudnienia. Do osiągnięcia celów wyznaczono zadania ujęte w harmonogramie projektu: zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, zakup środków trwałych, wdrożenie wyników prac B+R oraz dywersyfikacja działalności.Odzwierciedleniem założonych celów będzie osiągnięcie wskaźników projektu: produktu i rezultatu (min.:wzrost zatrudniania:3 osoby, wzrost przychodów, wdrożenie innowacji,wdrożenie wyników prac B+R,liczba wspartych przedsiębiorstw). Realizacja projektu jest bezpośrednio powiązana z wdrożeniem nowych usług na rynek: usługa regeneracji detali do branż lotniczej oraz motoryzacyjnej z zastosowaniem inżynierii odwrotnej oraz regeneracja i produkcja detali do turbin wiatrowych dostępnych 5 dni roboczych od dnia otrzymania zamówienia. Wdrożenie usług dostępnych 5 dni roboczych od dnia otrzymania zamówienia będzie możliwe dzięki wdrożeniu systemu predykcji popytu. Grupą docelową odbiorców nowych usług są: hurtownie motoryzacyjne , autoryzowane stacje obsługi pojazdów, Dealerzy samochodów,warsztaty samochodowe , firmy tuningowe, firmy specjalizujące się w OZE, farmy wiatrowe, firmy zajmujące się produkcją lotnicze oraz producenci części. Pośród wymienionych grup docelowych jest zgłaszane największe zapotrzebowanie na regenerację części/detali. Innowacyjnością nowych usług będzie wynikać z zastosowania inżynierii odwrotnej. Proces technologiczny wykonania usługi regeneracji będzie przebiegał w następujących etapach: dokonanie pomiaru detali, następnie za pomocą oprogramowania 3D odtwarzanie rzeczywistego kształtu, wydruk na drukarce 3d, gdzie drukowany jest prototyp oraz sprawdzenie. Ostatnim etapem jest wytworzenie elementu na obrabiarce. (Polish)
