The project is an activity aimed at implementing the general development strategy of the company, adopted by Bakery GRELA sp., aimed at product and market development. The main objective of the project is to implement the results of self-contained research and development. The operational objectives of the project are: 1) Launch of production of bread enriched with oat fibre, which is a product innovation on the national scale, 2) Introduction of organisational innovation, 3) Employment growth, 4) Commitment with the scientific unit We have the results of our own R & D works, which concern innovative functional bread, with health-promoting properties. Thanks to the implementation of this solution, we will expand our range of products. The organizational innovation will consist of applying a new methodology for improving the storage process in the bakery GRELA sp. explicit, using IT tools. The project will result in an increase in employment in the GRELA Bakery. Cooperation with the scientific unit is planned, which will be commissioning measurements of physico-chemical bread parameters. The above operational objectives will be achieved by purchasing the necessary machines, equipment and equipment (including computer software). The growing interest in the so-called functional food is the basis for concluding that developed bakery products enriched with concentrate (1-3)(1-4)-ß-D-glucans will be attractive to a much wider consumer group than the products previously proposed on the Polish market. The health-promoting properties of innovative bakery products will allow the market to be extended to consumers affected by diet-related diseases. This will strengthen our competitive position in the regional market. The project complies with applicable law and respects all horizontal policies of the European Union. (English)

    Projekt jest działaniem służącym realizacji przyjętej przez Piekarnię GRELA sp. jawna ogólnej strategii rozwoju firmy, ukierunkowanej na rozwój produktu i rynku. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników samodzielnie przeprowadzonych prac badawczo - rozwojowych. Cele operacyjne projektu to: 1) Uruchomienie produkcji pieczywa wzbogaconego w błonnik owsiany, stanowiącego innowację produktową w skali krajowej, 2) Wprowadzenie innowacji organizacyjnej, 3) Wzrost zatrudnienia, 4) Podjęcie współpracy z jednostką naukową Posiadamy wyniki własnych prac B+R, które dotyczą innowacyjnego pieczywa funkcjonalnego, o właściwościach prozdrowotnych. Dzięki wdrożeniu tego rozwiązania poszerzymy ofertę wyrobów. Innowacja organizacyjna będzie polegała na zastosowaniu nowej metodyki doskonalenia procesu magazynowania w Piekarni GRELA sp. jawna, z wykorzystaniem narzędzi informatycznych. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wzrost zatrudnienia w Piekarni GRELA. Planowana jest współpraca z jednostką naukową, której będą zlecanie pomiary parametrów fizyko - chemicznych pieczywa. Powyższe cele operacyjne zostaną zrealizowane dzięki zakupowi niezbędnych maszyn, urządzeń i wyposażenia (w tym oprogramowania komputerowego). Rosnące zainteresowanie żywnością tzw. funkcjonalną jest podstawą do wnioskowania, iż opracowane wyroby piekarnicze wzbogacone koncentratem (1-3)(1-4)-ß-D-glukanów będą atrakcyjne dla znacznie szerszej grupy konsumenckiej niż produkty dotychczas proponowane na rynku polskim. Prozdrowotne właściwości innowacyjnych wyrobów piekarniczych pozwolą na poszerzenie rynku zbytu o konsumentów dotkniętych chorobami dietozależnymi. Dzięki temu wzmocnimy swoją pozycję konkurencyjną na regionalnym rynku. Projekt jest zgodny z obowiązującym prawem i respektuje wszystkie polityki horyzontalne Unii Europejskiej. (Polish)
