As part of the project Installation of solar collectors and biomass-fired heating furnaces in the District of Guests in the area covered by the investment on individual houses of residents will create 503 solar installations and 45 biomass boilers. The project is addressed to individual recipients residing in the Municipality of Gościeradów. As part of the project, the following will be implemented: construction works with solars and boilers, investor supervision, SW, promotion, IT and communication tools, technical documentation, project management. The main objective of the planned investment is to meet the growing energy needs of the local economy and diversify energy sources through the use of renewable energy infrastructure. The power of solar installations and biomass-fired boilers will be adjusted to the size of the residential building and the number of inhabitants. The analysis of the impact of stakeholders on the project allowed the selected groups to be divided into main, secondary and context stakeholders: The principal: residents of the Municipality of Guests; To a secondary level: Local self-government – City Hall of Guests,? context: The managing authority of the ROP; District Starostwo, Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection, Sanitary Inspectorate, Head of the Municipality of Guests. The project will implement the following result indicators: The total power of solar installations is 1.87 MW, and the total power of biomass-powered installations is 1.05 MW. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) 526.57 tonnes CO2 equivalent/year- Production of heat from newly built/new RES installations 2878.07 MWht/year – Product: Number of built units of heat generation from RES pcs. — 548, Additional capacity to generate heat from renewable sources 2.88 MW – The planned investment is in accordance with the Program for Air Protection for the Lublin Zone.     W ramach projektu Montaż kolektorów słonecznych i pieców c.o. opalanych biomasą na terenie Gminy Gościeradów na terenie objętym inwestycją na indywidualnych domach mieszkańców powstanie 503 instalacje solarne oraz 45 kotłów na biomasę. Projekt jest skierowany do odbiorców indywidualnych zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Gościeradów. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną: prace budowlane zw. z solarami i kotłami, nadzór inwestorski, SW, promocja, narzędzia informatyczno-komunikacyjne, dokumentacja techniczna, zarządzanie projektem. Celem głównym planowanej do realizacji inwestycji jest, zaspokojenie rosnących potrzeb energetycznych lokalnej gospodarki oraz dywersyfikacja źródeł energii poprzez zastosowanie infrastruktury wykorzystującej odnawialne źródła energii. Moc instalacji solarnych i kotłów opalanych biomasą dostosowana zostanie do wielkości budynku mieszkalnego oraz liczby jego mieszkańców. Analiza wpływu interesariuszy na projekt pozwoliła podzielić wyróżnione grupy na interesariuszy głównych, drugorzędnych i kontekstowych: ? główni: mieszkańcy Gminy Gościeradów; ? drugorzędowi: Samorząd lokalny - Urząd Gminy Gościeradów, ? kontekstowi: Instytucja zarządzająca RPO; Starostwo Powiatowe, Regionalna Dyrekcja Ochrony Środowiska, Inspektorat Sanitarny, Wójt Gminy Gościeradów. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną następujące wskaźniki rezultatu: Łączna moc instalacji wykorzystujących energię słoneczną to 1,87 MW, oraz łączna moc instalacji zasilanych biomasą to 1,05 MW. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) 526,57 tony ekwiwalentu CO2 / rok- Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 2878,07 MWht/rok - Produktu: Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE szt. - 548, Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej ze źródeł odnawialnych 2,88 MW - Zaplanowana do realizacji inwestycja jest zgodna z Programem Ochrony Powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej.
