Celem projektu jest zwiększenie wśród 300 (200K/100M) mieszkańców woj. łódzkiego, powiatu łódzki wsch.i gmin słabo zaludnionych, w wieku aktywności zawodowej pow. 45 r.ż. świadomości w zakresie występowania u nich wysokiego ryzyka zachorowania na cukrzycę, stanu przedcukrzycowego lub cukrzycy oraz poziomu wiedzy nt. sposobu redukcji czynników ryzyka rozwoju choroby poprzez ich udział w programie wczesnego wykrywania i profilatyki cukrzycy typu II w okresie 01.09.2018 – 30.06.2020 Projekt poprzez realizację programu wczesnego wykrywania i profilaktyki cukrzycy zrealizuje w 4 % założenia niniejszego konkursu. Założenia projektu przedstawione we wniosku o dofinansowanie są zgodne z założeniami regionalnego programu zdrowotnego (RPZ) załączonego do regulaminu konkursu. Zamierzamy zrealizować cel poprzez: 1. Działania informacyjno-promocyjne 2. Przyjmowanie zgłoszeń i kwalifikację do Programu 3. Etap badań przesiewowych 4. Etap działań informacyjno-edukacyjnych (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase among the 300 (200K/100M) inhabitants of the Łódź Voivodeship, the district of Łódź in the eastern part of the region and of the sparsely populated communes, at the age of professional activity. 45. the awareness of the high risk of diabetes, pre-diabetic or diabetes mellitus and the level of knowledge on how to reduce risk factors for disease development through their participation in the programme of early detection and prophylaxis of type II diabetes in the period 01.09.2018-30.06.2020 The project, through the implementation of the early detection and prevention programme of diabetes, will fulfil the assumption of this competition in 4 %. The project assumptions set out in the application for funding are in line with the assumptions of the Regional Health Programme (RP) attached to the rules of the competition. We intend to achieve the objective by: 1. Information and promotion activities 2. Acceptance of applications and qualification for Programme 3. Screening phase 4. Information and education phase (English)
