Choroby układu kostno-stawowego, mięśniowego i tkanki łącznej stanowią jeden z głownych problemów zdrowotnych regionu .Projekt przyczyni się do realizacji Programu rehabilitacji leczniczej dla mieszkańców województwa łódzkiego.Projekt zaoferuje mieszkańcom woj. łódzkiego kompleksową rehabilitację wraz z cyklem warsztatów psychoedukacyjnych.Wsparcie w postaci świadczeń opieki zdrow. realizowane w ramach proj.jest zgodne z obowiązującymi przeps.w zakresie ochrony zdrowia wskazanymi w Regulaminie konkursu, w szcz.regulacjami dot.praw pacjenta.Działania realizowane będą w okresie 06.2018-03.2020r.Spodziewanymi rezultatami realizacji projektu będą: kontynuacja lub podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 20 %uczestników (tj. 156 os. 94K/62M). Działania przewidziane w projekcie są zgodne z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju i zasadą projektowania uniwersalnego. Projekt przewiduje udzielanie usług medycznych w oparciu o Evidence Based Medicine.Każdy z uczestników zostanie objęty wsparciem "skrojonym na miarę" jego potrzeb.
