The project will carry out 2 paths: 1. “self-employment and entrepreneurship” which is intended to lead to the establishment and running of business for at least 12 months for at least 16 people; 2. “New Job and Current Qualifications” which aims to update/acquire qualifications that are in line with the job market sought and demanded by employers and finding new jobs All participants will be consulted on the basis of an Individual Action Plan. The most important results of the project will be: 1. creation by 16 participants of the business activity project and 2. gaining knowledge and skills in a new profession by 54 participants of the project. The project will be attended by people from groups experiencing the greatest difficulties in maintaining and searching for a job: persons over the age of 54 (min.30 % GD), people with primary or secondary education, persons with disabilities, women who will account for at least 60 % of the target group. The project will be implemented throughout the Łódź Voivodeship. Employment efficiency has been set at the required level of 60 %, with a qualification acquisition rate of 90 %. The project shall be implemented in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men.     Projekt jest skierowany do 60 osób (32K i 28M) pracowników zagrożonych zwolnieniem i przewidzianych do zwolnienia oraz zwolnionych z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu z terenu województwa łódzkiego. Obejmuje kompleksowe wsparcie w postaci programów outplacementu stanowiące odpowiedź na indywidualne potrzeby osób planowanych do wsparcia. W projekcie realizowane będą 2 ścieżki: 1. "samozatrudnienie i przedsiębiorczość" która ma prowadzić do założenia i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej przez min. 12 miesięcy przez min. 16 osób; 2. "nowa praca i aktualne kwalifikacje", która ma prowadzić do aktualizacji/zdobycia kwalifikacji zgodnych z poszukiwanymi na rynku pracy i na które istnieje popyt ze strony pracodawców oraz znalezienia nowego miejsca pracy Wszyscy uczestnicy proj. zostaną objęci doradztwem zawodowym podczas, którego określony zostanie Indywidualny Plan Działania. Najważniejszymi rezultatami projektu będzie: 1. utworzenie przez 16 uczestników projektu działalności gospodarczej oraz 2. zdobycie wiedzy i umiejętność w nowym zawodzie przez 54 uczestników projektu. W projekcie udział wezmą osoby z grup doświadczających największych trudności w utrzymaniu i poszukiwaniu pracy: os. w wieku powyżej 54 r.ż.(min.30% GD), osoby z wykształceniem podstawowym lub gimnazjalnym, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiety, które stanowić będą min. 60% grupy docelowej. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie całego woj. łódzkiego. Efektywność zatrudnieniową określono na wymaganym poziomie 60%, wskaźnik dotyczący nabycia kwalifikacji na poziomie 90%.
