The main objective of the project is to computerise adm. processes and improve the level of service provision of pub. by the administration. The aim will be achieved by increasing the use of ITC in public administration, strengthening the degree of digitisation of administration, creating new e-services pub., equipping administration with modern ICT solutions. The project involves 4 municipalities that form part of the LOF partnership. The leader of the project is the Municipality of Niedoorca Large. Partners are municipalities forming part of the LOF partnership and participating in the implementation of the project: Strzyżewice, Jabłonna and Jastków. The project’s target group will be: LOF residents, institutions benefiting from the results of the project, investors and entrepreneurs, potential residents as well as national and foreign tourists. Głównym celem przedsięwzięcia jest informatyzacja procesów adm. i poprawa poziomu świadczenia usług pub. przez administrację. Realizacja celu gł. nastąpi poprzez zwiększenie poziomu wykorzystania ITC w administracji publicznej, wzmocnienie stopnia cyfryzacji administracji, tworzenie nowych e-usług pub., wyposażenie administracji w nowoczesne rozwiązania ICT. W projekt zaangażowane są 4 gminy wchodzące w skład partnerstwa LOF. Liderem projektu jest Gmina Niedrzwica Duża. Partnerzy to gminy wchodzące w skład partnerstwa LOF i uczestniczące w realizacji projektu: Strzyżewice, Jabłonna oraz Jastków. Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będą: mieszkańcy LOF, instytucje korzystające z rezultatów projektu, inwestorzy i przedsiębiorcy, potencjalni mieszkańcy oraz turyści krajowi i zagraniczni. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez realizację wskaźników: -Pobrania/ odtworzenia dokumentów zawierających ISP- 3 600 -Pobrania/ uruchomienia aplikacji opartych na ponownym wykorzystaniu informacji - 968 -Załatwione sprawy poprzez udostępnione on-line usługi publiczne- 287 -Usługi publiczne udostępnione on-line o stopniu dojrzałości 3 - 16 -Podmioty, które udostępniły on-line ISP- 37 -Udostępnione usługi wewnątrz-administracyjnych (A2A)- 4 -Przestrzeń dyskowa serwerowni- 168 -Usługi publiczne udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 -transakcja- 24 -Dokumenty zawierające ISP- 1 800 -Udostępnione on-line dokumenty zawierające ISP- 1 800 -Uruchomione systemy teleinformatyczne w podmiotach wykonujących zadania publiczne- 4 -Urzędy, które wdrożyły katalog rekomendacji dotyczących awansu cyfrowego- 4 -Podmioty udostępnione usługi wewnątrz-administracyjne (A2A)- 46 -Udostępnione on-line rejestry i baz danych przestrzenne- 3" Projekt ma charakter nieinfrastrukturalny (z wyłączeniem Gminy Jastków - w części projektu związanej z okablowaniem).
