The key results planned for the project are: — the launch of 17 ICT systems: social dialogue and communication platforms, electronic documentation management systems, municipal budget management systems, field systems, communication systems with organizational units, tax/customer portals – launching 17 e-services at 5 level of maturity and 92 e-services at 3 level of maturity The project is implemented through a partnership consisting of local government units from the Lublin region: Wiłodawski – leader, Hańsk Municipality, Municipality of Janów Podlaski, Sosnowica Municipality, Chełm County, Kraśnicki County. The project is addressed to the offices of the municipalities and partner offices of the JST, their management and staff, as well as residents and entrepreneurs from the area of the JST. The project envisages the following tasks with a view to achieving the objective and results: — launching e-services for clients – purchase of licenses, IT services, – strengthening the degree of digitisation of the office – purchase of licenses, IT services, purchase of servers, purchase of computer kits, purchase of other equipment, modernisation of the server, preparation of documentation, – training of employees, – promotional activities. Celem głównym projektu jest zapewnienie klientom zewnętrznym (obywatelom i przedsiębiorcom) partnerom: L, P1/Hań, P2/JP, P3/Sos, P4/Che, P5/Kra możliwości wykorzystania wysokiej jakości elektronicznych usług publicznych. Kluczowe rezultaty jakie planuje się osiągnąć w ramach projektu to : - uruchomienie 17 systemów teleinformatycznych: platformy dialogu społecznego i komunikacji, systemów elektronicznego zarządzania dokumentacją, systemów zarządzania budżetem gminy, oprogramowania systemów dziedzinowych, systemów komunikacji z jednostkami organizacyjnymi, portali podatkowych/klienta - uruchomienie 17 e-usług na 5 poziomie dojrzałości oraz 92 e-usług na 3 poziomie dojrzałości Projekt realizowany jest przez partnerstwo, w skład którego wchodzą jednostki samorządu terytorialnego z regionu Lubelszczyzny: Powiat Włodawski - lider, Gmina Hańsk, Gmina Janów Podlaski, Gmina Sosnowica, Powiat Chełmski, Powiat Kraśnicki. Przedsięwzięcie skierowane jest do urzędów gmin i starostw partnerskich JST, ich kierownictwa i kadry pracowniczej, a także mieszkańców i przedsiębiorców z terenu tych JST. W ramach projektu przewidziano realizację następujących zadań zmierzających do osiągnięcia przyjętego celu i rezultatów: - uruchomienie e-usług dla klientów - zakup licencji, usługi informatyczne, - wzmocnienie stopnia cyfryzacji urzędu - zakup licencji, usługi informatyczne, zakup serwera, zakup zestawów komputerowych, zakup pozostałego sprzętu, modernizacja serwera, opracowanie dokumentacji, - szkolenia pracowników, - działania promocyjne. Projekt ma charakter nieinfrastrukturalny, przewiduje wdrożenie systemów informatycznych, zakup i instalację sprzętu informatycznego wewnątrz budynków. (Polish)
