The scope of the project includes the development and implementation of a modern IT system of the European Automobile Service Network, which will allow automation and increase the efficiency of business processes carried out by Orkanika Sp. z o.o. and its business partners. The planned solution will be based on modules that will be developed and integrated with each other, so as to maximise the functionality of the solution and fully meet the needs of the Company. At the same time, each module will form the basis of a single service based on the SaaS formula, through which partners of the Company will be able to use the system. The system will improve coordination of cooperation mainly by improving the communication process between actors and increasing the efficiency and automation of their business processes such as: Internal processes included in re-engineering: — process of booking dates of individual car stations, – the process of ordering necessary automotive equipment and parts, – process of internal billing (invoicing, re-invoicing, etc.), – process of optimising the ordering of automotive parts and execution of contracts with customers, – the process of cost and revenue accounting broken down by customer, – processes of monitoring the working time of individual employees, External processes subject to reinżyniering: — process of coordinating out-of-town services, – the process of exchanging information and data (virtual warehouse) – process of exchanging documents (schemes, instructions, etc.) Detailed description of the project with full functionality of the System is attached in the document "Full description of the project "Network of European Car Services" as an attachment "Other necessary documents required by law or category of project”.     Zakres Projektu obejmuje opracowanie i wdrożenie nowoczesnego systemu informatycznego Sieci Europejskich Serwisów Samochodowych, który pozwoli na automatyzacje i zwiększenie efektywności procesów biznesowych realizowanych przez spółkę Orkanika Sp. z o.o. oraz jej partnerów biznesowych. Planowane do wdrożenia rozwiązanie będzie opierało się na modułach, które zostaną opracowane oraz zintegrowane ze sobą, tak aby zmaksymalizować funkcjonalność rozwiązania oraz w pełni zaspokoić potrzeby Spółki. Jednocześnie, każdy z modułów stanowić będzie podstawę jednej usługi opartej o formułę SaaS, za pośrednictwem której partnerzy Spółki będą mogli korzystać z systemu. System pozwoli na poprawę koordynacji współpracy głównie poprzez usprawnienie procesu komunikacji pomiędzy podmiotami oraz zwiększenie efektywności oraz automatyzacje realizowanych przez nie procesów biznesowych takich jak: Procesy wewnętrzne objęte reinżynieringiem: - proces rezerwacji terminów poszczególnych stanowisk samochodowych, - proces zamawiania niezbędnego sprzętu i części samochodowych, - proces wewnętrznych rozliczeń (fakturowanie, refakturowanie itd.), - proces optymalizacji zamawiania części samochodowych i realizacji umów z klientami, - proces prowadzenia rachunku kosztów i przychodów w podziale na klientów, - procesy monitorowania czasu pracy poszczególnych pracowników, Procesy zewnętrzne objęte reinżynieringiem: - proces koordynowania serwisów pozamiejscowych , - proces wymiany informacji i danych (wirtualny magazyn) - proces wymiany dokumentów (schematy, instrukcje itd.)
