Celem projektu jest zwiększenie, we współpracy z pracodawcami, jakości kształcenia zawodowego w ZS nr 1 w Głownie ukierunkowane na poprawę zdolności do zatrudnienia 90 uczniów, w tym 22 K oraz dostosowanie kierunków kształcenia do regionalnego rynku pracy poprzez wzrost kompetencji/kwalifikacji zawodowych 10 n-li (4K/6M), doposażenie pracowni i warsztatów, realizację doradztwa zawodowego oraz organizację staży i dodatkowych zajęć specjalistycznych w zakresie: logistyki, w tym wykorzystania innowacyjnej platformy; kursu operatorów pojazdów jezdnych/podestów ruchomych; mechatroniki; kursu obrabiarek sterowanych numerycznie; grafiki komputerowej;obsługi Photoshop; zastosowania urządzeń peryferyjnych; tworzenia serwisów internetowych, w terminie od 02.01.2017 r. do 31.12.2018 r.Grupę docelową projektu stanowią:Technikum funkcjonujące w ramach Zespołu Szkół nr 1 im. Romualda Adama Cebertowicza w Głownie- placówka prowadząca kształcenie zawodowe, jej uczniowie oraz n-le kształ.zawodowego. Wsparciem objętych zostanie 90 uczniów, uczestników pr., w tym 22 K oraz 10 n-li (4K).Ok.50% UP pochodzi z obszarów wiejskich. Wskaźniki: liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy: 90 (22K); liczba szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego doposażonych w programie w sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne niezbędne do realizacji kształcenia zawodowego: 1.W ramach pr.zaplanowano realizację 10 zadań, w tym: specjalistyczne/praktyczne dla uczniów (1-4), doradztwo zawodowe (5), staży (6), podniesienie kompetencji/kwalifikacji n-li (7), doposażenie pracowani/warsztatów ZS 1 (8-10).
