The main aim of the project is to return and maintain the activity and the employability of 30 (27K/3M) of those who care for children up to the age of 3, including 15 (14K/1M) of those who are unemployed: the unemployed and the inactive, through the provision of comprehensive care facilities in the newly created crèche for the New New Zealand and upgrading the competences and skills of 15 (14K/1M) of those who are unemployed. The main objective will be reached by 31-01-2020 Project Results: — Return of 15 to the labour market after the child’s birth/upbringing after leaving the programme, -finding or looking for a job by 15 persons after leaving the programme, -creation of 30 childcare places up to the age of 3, which are 2 years after receiving funding from the ESF saliva. — to increase access to childcare places for children up to the 3s in the form of a crèche, which will enable these people to combine their private and professional lives. The target group of the project is 30 (27K/3M) for those who have childcare up to the age of 3, including min.15 (14K/1M) unemployed and inactive people who are/are studying/working in the municipality and city of Zgierz (Lódzkie). The main project tasks are: — Adapting and adapting facilities to the needs of children — Purchase of equipment — Purchase of small equipment and other elements necessary for the organisation of childcare facilities — Organisation of the playground — Current activity of care created — Professional participation of participants (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest powrót i utrzymanie aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia 30(27K/3M) osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym 15(14K/1M) osób pozostających bez pracy: bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, poprzez zast. kompleksowych narzędzi w postaci zapewnienia opieki w nowoutworzonym żłobku w Łagiewnikach Nowych oraz podniesienie kompetencji i umiejętności 15(14K/1M)uczestników pozostających bez pracy. Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty do 31-01-2020 Rezultaty projektu: -Powrót 15 na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka po opuszczeniu programu, -znalezienie lub poszukiwanie pracy przez 15 osób po opuszczeniu programu, -utworzenie 30 miejsc opieki nad dziecmi w wieku do lat 3, które funkcjonują 2 lata po uzyskaniu dofinansowania ze śrdoków EFS. -zwiększenie dostępności do miejsc opieki nad dziecmi do lat 3 w postaci żłobka, co umożliwi łączenie życia prywatnego i zawodowego tych osób. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią 30(27K/3M) osoby sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym min.15(14K/1M) osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, które zamieszkują/uczą się/pracują na terenie gminy i miasta Zgierz (woj.łódzkie). Główne zadania projektowe to: - Adaptacja i dostosowanie pomieszczeń do potrzeb dzieci - Zakup wyposażenia - Zakup drobnego wyposażenia i innych elementów niezbędnych do organizacji opieki nad dziećmi - Organizacja placu zabaw - Bieżące funkcjonowanie utworzonych miejsc opieki - Aktywizacja zawodowa uczestników (Polish)
