Main objective: Increase of professional activity, ability to maintain employment and employability in the labour market by 24 persons including 15K and 9M legal guardians of children under the age of 3 residing in the Łódź Voivodeship, Biała Rawska commune in the period 01.08.2018-31.07.2020r. (and permanence mines) by taking care of children as part of the newly created nursery. As a result of project activities in the Łódź Voivodeship in Biała Rawska commune, access to childcare facilities in the institutional form (crews) will be created, which will make it easier for those taking care of the youngest children to reconcile work and family life. The project is therefore directly in line with the specific objective of PI 8IV: Increasing the level of activity and employability of those taking care of children under the age of 3. 1. adaptation of rooms for the needs of nursery-adaptation work preparing for the establishment of the facility 2. room equipment 3. kitchen equipment 4. organisation of playground 5. realisation of educational and educational activities. results; the number of people who have returned to the labour market after a break in childbirth/education or who have maintained employment after leaving the programme – 20 persons who remain unemployed or seek work after leaving the programme – 4 people. Cel główny: Podniesienie aktywności zawodowej, zdolności do utrzymania zatrudnienia oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia na rynku pracy przez 24 osoby w tym 15K i 9M -opiekunów prawnych dzieci w wieku do lat 3 zamieszkałych na terenie woj. łódzkiego, gminy Biała Rawska w okresie 01.08.2018 – 31.07.2020r. (i min w okresie trwałości), poprzez objęcie opieką dzieci w ramach nowo utworzonego żłobka. W wyniku działań projektowych na terenie woj. łódzkiego w gminie Biała Rawska zostanie stworzony dostęp do miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w postaci instytucjonalnej (żłobek), co ułatwi osobom sprawującym opiekę nad najmłodszymi dziećmi godzenie życia zawodowego i rodzinnego. Projekt wpisuje się tym samym bezpośrednio w realizację celu szczegółowego PI 8IV: Wzrost poziomu aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 zadania; 1. adaptacja pomieszczeń na potrzeby żłobka-prace adaptacyjne przygotowujące do utworzenia placówki 2. wyposażenie pomieszczeń 3. wyposażenie kuchni 4. organizacja placu zabaw 5. realizacja zajęć opiekuńczo wychowawczych i edukacyjnych. rezultaty; liczba osób które powróciły na na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie po opuszczeniu programu - 20 os liczba osób pozostających bez pracy które nalazły pracę lub poszukują pracę po opuszczeniu programu - 4 os.
