The aim of the project is to create, within a period of 18 months, a project of conditions for a minimum of 16 women from the gminy of Bęcki and adjacent to take or return to work after a break from childcare up to the 3s. The objective will be achieved through the creation and maintenance of 16 childcare places for children up to the age of 3 in the new subsidiary of the Niepodłości Promyk Public office. The implementation of the project is a response to the problem of insufficient childcare facilities up to the 3s in the municipality of Bęk, contributing to the impeded return to the labour market after a break linked to the birth and upbringing of the child, as well as to difficulties in reconciling professional and family life. This is particularly the case for women who, for social and cultural reasons, are the most likely to occupy children up to the age of 3, as attested by the statistics of the Poviat Labour Office in Bętków. The results of the project will be achieved by preparing a new subsidiary of ŻGPR to accept 16 children by the 3s and ensuring their current functioning in the period 01.01.2019-31.12.2019. The crèche will be maintained for a period of at least 2 years after completion of the project. The budget for the project is PLN 408 630,00. The applicant shall provide 9 % own contribution.     Celem projektu jest stworzenie w okresie 18 miesięcy trwania projektu warunków dla minimum 16 kobiet z gminy Będków i gm. ościennych pozwalających na podjęcie lub powrót do pracy po przerwie wynikającej z opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez utworzenie oraz utrzymanie 16 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do 3 roku życia w nowej filii Niepublicznego Żłobka Promyk w Rzeczkowie (gm. Będków). Realizacja projektu jest odpowiedzią na problem niewystarczającej liczby miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 na terenie gminy Będków, przyczyniający się do utrudnionego powrotu na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem i wychowaniem dziecka, a także do trudności w godzeniu życia zawodowego i rodzinnego. Problem ten dotyczy w szczególności kobiet, które ze względów społeczno-kulturowych najczęściej zajmują się dziećmi do ich 3 roku życia, co potwierdzają statystyki Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Będkowie. Rezultaty projektu osiągnięte zostaną poprzez przygotowanie nowej filii Żłobka Promyk do przyjęcia 16 dzieci do lat 3 oraz zapewnienie ich bieżącego funkcjonowania w okresie 01.01.2019 – 31.12.2019. Miejsca w żłobku zostaną utrzymane przez okres co najmniej 2 lat po zakończeniu realizacji projektu. Budżet projektu wynosi 408 630,00 zł. Wnioskodawca zapewnia 9% wkład własny. (Polish)
