The project’ of the Academy of Headquarters — a support programme for students studying at the Brest region’ is addressed to students in Łódź Province in 100 %, and is responsible for young students aged between 15 and 19 attending the ZSP in Brzeziny, teachers of professional subjects in ZSP and the social and economic environment. The main objective is to help students move from education to employment. The planned forms of support for 60 pupils (U) are: 1.vocational training courses — a. more and less than 1 degree, b. a rate of baristula and step 1 course, c) the course on setting up a business and operating a company, a professional staff specialist in pay, e. organisation of work in the warehouse and monitoring of distribution, e. monitoring of transport processes; 2. A selection course for forklift trucks of all types, 3. work placements, including in the ŁSSE; 4. support for educational and professional advisers. for teachers 6 N: 1. training course on educational and vocational training activities completed — providing advice for 60 U, 2. trainer course for graduate tracking, 3. instructor course for 1 N — user instruction for forklift trucks. 60 U will acquire additional professional skills beyond the curriculum and will take place in establishments where skills are practised in real working conditions. They will improve their chances on the labour market. There will also be 2 labs for logistics technician and economist technician, a programme for graduate tracking will be launched. The project will improve the quality of training in the ZSP and facilitate the transition of students from education to employment. Education in ZSP will be much more attractive. A total of 66 people will be supported, 1 school. The project is the implementation of the 1th and 4th type of projects. (English)

    Projekt "Akademia Mistrzów Zawodu – program wsparcia dla uczniów kształcących się w Powiecie Brzezińskim” skierowany jest w 100% do uczniów uczących się w woj. łódzkim w, odpowiada on na potrzeby młodzieży wieku 15 – 19 lat uczęszczającej do ZSP w Brzezinach, nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych w ZSP oraz otoczenia społeczno- gospodarczego. Celem głównym proj. jest ułatwienie uczniom przechodzenia z etapu edukacji do etapu zatrudnienia. Zaplanowane formy wsparcia dla 60 uczniów (U) to: 1. kursy umiejętności zawodowych – a. kurs barmański I stopnia, b. kurs baristy I stopnia, c. kurs zakładania działalności gospodarczej i prowadzenia firmy, d. specjalista ds. kadrowo – płacowych, e. organizacja pracy w magazynie i monitorowanie dystrybucji, e. monitorowanie procesów transportowych; 2. Kwalifikacyjny kurs obsługi wózków widłowych wszystkich typów, 3. staże zawodowe wykraczające także w ŁSSE; 4. wsparcie doradców edukacyjno-zawodowych.Dla nauczycieli 6 N zaplanowane zostały:1. kurs doskonalący z zakresu doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego zakończony ćwiczeniami – prowadzenie zajęć z doradztwa dla 60 U, 2. kurs obsługi programu komp. do monitorowania losów absolwentów, 3. kurs instruktorski dla 1 N - nauka obsługi wózków widłowych. 60 U nabędzie w wyniku udziału w projekcie dodatkowe umiejętności zawodowe wykraczające poza program nauczania oraz odbędzie staże zawodowe w zakładach, gdzie przećwiczy umiejętności w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy. Proj. zwiększy ich szanse na rynku pracy. W ZSP powstaną też 2 pracownie dla zawodów-technik logistyk i technik ekonomista, uruchomiony zostanie program do monitorowania losów absolwentów. Projekt pozwoli na podniesienie jakości kształcenia w ZSP i ułatwi przechodzenie uczniom z etapu edukacji do etapu zatrudnienia. Edukacja w ZSP będzie znacznie bardziej atrakcyjna. Wsparciem zostanie objętych łącznie 66 osób, 1 szkoła. Projekt stanowi realizację 1. i 4. typu projektów. (Polish)
