The direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the social assistance house in Lisowice. Activity 1 — Preparatory work — Activity covers the costs of the preparation of project documentation and the preparation and updating of a feasibility study and an energy audit. Activity 2 — thermo-modernisation works and accompanying works. Thermal modernisation works are the main task of the project. Their scope is derived from an energy audit for the DPS building and includes: — insulation of external walls — warming of the roof + new roof covering — Exchange of windows in the basement — Exchange of wooden floor windows and the Assembly — Modernisation of the cooking system — insulation of the basement of the basement — modernisation of the heating system — Modernisation of the heating system — Modernisation of the heating system — Service management and project management. The task covers the costs of investor and maintenance supervision and project promotion and supervision. The project will reduce the energy demand of the building, which will reduce the consumption of conventional fuels and consequently reduce emissions of air pollutants. The completion of the energy efficiency renovation works resulting from the energy audit will help to reduce the final energy demand of the DPS building by 62.2 %. The project will be implemented in the municipality of Koluszki. It will be the recipients and employees of the DPS and tenants living in rented dwellings and, in view of the impact of the project on improving the natural environment, the inhabitants of the whole voivodship will be affected.     summary
    Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku domu pomocy społecznej w Lisowicach. Zadanie 1 – Prace przygotowawcze - Zadanie obejmuje koszty przygotowania dokumentacji projektowej, oraz przygotowanie i aktualizacji studium wykonalności oraz audytu energetycznego. Zadanie 2 – Prace termomodernizacyjne i towarzyszące. Prace termomodernizacyjne stanowią główne zadanie w ramach projektu. Ich zakres wynika z przeprowadzonego audytu energetycznego dla budynku DPS i obejmuje: - Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych - Ocieplenie stropodachu + nowe pokrycie dachu - Wymiana okien w piwnicy - Wymiana okien drewnianych kondygnacji nadziemia oraz montaż nawiewników - Modernizacja systemu przygotowania c.w.u. - Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnicy - Ocieplenie stropu piwnicy wełną mineralną - Modernizacja systemu grzewczego - Prace towarzyszące Zadanie 3–Zarządzanie projektem i jego obsługa. Zadanie obejmuje koszty nadzoru inwestorskiego i konserwatorskiego oraz promocji projektu i nadzoru autorskiego. Przewidziane w ramach projektu działania pozwolą na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię przedmiotowego budynku, co przełoży się na obniżenie zużycia paliw konwencjonalnych i w konsekwencji spowoduje ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza. Przeprowadzenie powyższych prac termomodernizacyjnych wynikających z audytu energetycznego pozwoli na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię końcową dla budynku DPS o 62,2 %. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie gminy Koluszki. Jego odbiorcami będą pensjonariusze i pracownicy DPS oraz lokatorzy zamieszkujący wynajmowane mieszkania, a z uwagi na wpływ projektu na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego mieszkańcy całego województwa.
