Cele projektu są zbieżne z celami strategicznymi woj. oraz gospodarki niskoemisyjnej, w tym: zwiększona produkcja energii ze źródeł odnawialnych oraz ograniczenie emisji CO2 i innych szkodliwych pyłów. Energia będzie przeznaczona na potrzeby własne obiektów mieszkalnych. Celem działań jest wytworzenie infrastruktury do produkcji energii z oze (potrzeby mieszkańców), wpływ na redukcję emisji CO2 i innych pyłów (PM10, PM 2,5 i innych), wzrost wykorzystania OZE w produkcji energii (przejście na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną), zwiększenie atrakcyjności regionu i poprawa jego walorów turystycznych. Cele projektu zostały określone i wynikają ze zdefiniowanych problemów interesariuszy projektu, w tym potrzeb wnioskodawcy (konieczność realizowania celów strategicznych) i potrzeb mieszkańców (zastąpienie energii konwencjonalnej energią oze, obniżenie kosztów bieżących). Cele w projekcie określone zostały wskaźnikami produktu i rezultatu zgodnymi z celem działania RPO WŁ. Projekt zapewnia redukcję emisji CO2 i innych pyłów i służy realizacji celów strategicznych, w tym celów RPO WŁ. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: montaż modułów fotowoltaicznych (łącznie 273,00 kW), inwerterów, okablowanie oraz pomp ciepła, wykonanie odwiertów, montaż sond, dopasowanie połączeń instalacji do istniejących instalacji oraz koszty zarządzania projektem – nadzór inwestorski. Projekt zakłada wybudowanie 49 instalacji fotowoltaicznych oraz 8 pomp ciepła - jego wartość ogółem wyniesie 1995879,67 zł netto (2308139,90 zł brutto), gdzie wydatki kwalifikowane projektu to 1995879,67 zł. Realizacja projektu obejmuje fazę budowy oraz eksploatacji (w okresie trwałości). Projekt ma wpływ na zwiększenie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych co jest zgodne z zapisami SZOOP woj. Łódzkiego. W projekcie zastosowano koncepcję projektowania uniwersalnego – efekty projektu są w największym stopniu użyteczne dla wszystkich odbiorców(interesariuszy projektu). The objectives of the project are in line with the strategic objectives of the region and the low-carbon economy, including: increased renewable energy production and reduction of CO2 and other harmful dust emissions. Energy will be used for the own needs of residential buildings. The aim of the actions is to create infrastructure for the production of energy from oze (inhabitants’ needs), impact on the reduction of CO2 emissions and other dust (PM10, PM 2.5 and others), increase the use of RES in energy production (transition to a low carbon economy), increase the attractiveness of the region and improve its tourist qualities. The objectives of the project are defined and result from defined problems of the project stakeholders, including the needs of the applicant (the necessity to pursue strategic objectives) and the needs of residents (replacement of conventional energy oze, reduction of running costs). The objectives of the project are defined by output and result indicators in line with the objective of ROP WŁ. The project ensures reduction of CO2 emissions and other dusts and serves strategic objectives, including the objectives of RPO WŁ. The project’s material scope includes: installation of photovoltaic modules (total 273.00 kW), inverters, wiring and heat pumps, production of wells, installation of probes, fitting of installation connections to existing installations and project management costs – investor supervision. The project involves the construction of 49 photovoltaic installations and 8 heat pumps – the total value of which will be PLN 1995879.67 net (PLN 2308139.90 gross), where the eligible expenditure of the project is PLN 1995879.67. The implementation of the project includes the construction and operation phase (permanence period). The project has an impact on increasing the production of energy from renewable sources, which is consistent with the provisions of the SZOOP voivodship. I'm from Lodz.
