The result will be maintaining highly qualified places of service after completion of the project and reducing the risk of exclusion of members of the project, improving the quality of care, increasing professionalism in the place of providing the service i.e. in the family environment. It will support 83 existing places for the provision of community services in the form of foster families and the preparation of new places of service by training 24 candidates for the function of the family. Direct actions will include 120 foster families who will take advantage of psychoeducation and therapeutic activities combined with vacation breaks, which will allow development in the social, individual, emotional tension reduction, 36 adults will benefit from away workshops, which are designed to increase their self-esteem and equip them with new skills. The caregivers will use: — school services. in the dimension of 5h (optional school theme. )- 60 parents. These actions respond to the need for further education resulting from legal provisions (for professionals) and the needs of families. — support of 4 employees of the Socij (including 1 for families from full years of care). from the Ust. o n. family and sys. care of 75 families/95persons (71K, 24M) including: 50 related families, 22 non-professional families, and 3 family members.     Projekt kierowany jest do środowisk rodz. pieczy zast. pow. zgierskiego.Umożliwi rozwój usług świadczonych na rzecz małoletnich i pełnoletnich (przebywających w RZ. zgodnie z art 37 pkt 2 Ust. o wsp. rodz. i syst. pieczy zast.) umieszczonych w rodzinnej pieczy zastępczej poprzez wzrost wiedzy i umiejętności rodziców zast. oraz niwelowanie deficytów wychowanków pieczy zast. poprzez terapię i psychoedukację. Rezultatem będzie utrzymanie wysoko wykwalifikowanych miejsc świadczenia usług po zakończeniu proj. oraz zmniejszenie ryzyka wykluczenia społ. uczestników proj., podniesienie jakości sprawowanej pieczy, zwiększenie profesjonalizmu w miejscu świadczenia usługi tj. w środowisku rodzin zast. W jego ramach wspartych zostanie 83 istniejące miejsca świadczenia usług społ.w postaci rodzin zastępczych oraz przygotowanie nowych miejsc świadczenia usług poprzez przeszkolenie 24 kandydatów do pełnienia funkcji rodziny zast. Działaniami bezpośrednimi objętych zostanie 120 wychow. rodzin zast. którzy skorzystają z zajęć psychoedukacyjnych i terapeutycznych połączonych z wypoczynkiem wakacyjnym, co pozwoli na rozwój w sferze społecznej, indywidualnej, redukcję napięć emocjonalnych, 36 wychowanków pełnoletnich skorzysta z warsztatów wyjazdowych, które mają podnieść ich samoocenę, wyposażyć w nowe umiejętności.
