| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to strengthen the care and educational function of biological families in which difficulties require specialist assistance. The project is targeted at 15 families benefiting from social assistance in the MGOPs in Stryków. Families will be supported by a family assistant, a social worker and a psychologist, and children using the community centre will benefit from an extended range of activities, and they will spend free time in an efficient and interesting way. The activities carried out in the project have a preventive task, prevent the placement of children in foster care, and combat the marginalisation and exclusion of these families from social life. Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie funkcji opiekuńczo-wychowawczych rodzin biologicznych w których zdiagnozowano trudności wymagające specjalistycznej pomocy. Projekt skierowany jest do 15 rodzin korzystających z pomocy społecznej w MGOPS w Strykowie. Rodziny otrzymają wsparcie asystenta rodziny, pracownika socjalnego i psychologa, a dzieci korzystające ze świetlicy środowiskowej skorzystają z rozszerzonego wachlarza zajęć, spędzając czas wolny w sposób efektywny i interesujący. Działania realizowane w projekcie mają zadanie prewencyjnie – zapobiegają umieszczaniu dzieci w pieczy zastępczej, oraz przeciwdziałają marginalizacji i wykluczeniu tych rodzin z życia społecznego. Okres realizacji IX 2018r. – VIII 2021r. (Polish)
