| Property / summary: The main objective of the project is “Development of services for dependent persons and their carers in rural districts”. The project will carry out social services in the place of residence, i.e. the assistant’s 12 os., caring for 12, and will be called the Daily House of Assistance for 15 providing care services for the people. In addition, assisted housing will be created: 1 training for 3 persons and 2 supported for 6 persons. In housing with the support of AON/AOON, training for self-empowerment will be carried out. Specialised guidance to project participants and factual carers will be carried out. It is assumed that at the end of the project there will be 31 places for the provision of social services. The project will develop a service of care and assistance in the place of residence. It will improve the quality and scope of support not only to the os.s. but also to the factual carers. Cel główny projektu to „Rozwój usług dla osób niesamodzielnych i ich opiekunów faktycznych na terenie powiatu wieruszowskiego”. W ramach projektu realizowane będą usługi społeczne w miejscu zamieszkania tj. asystenckie dla 12 os., opiekuńcze dla 12 os., uruchomiony zostanie Dzienny Dom Pomocy dla 15 os. świadczący usługi opiekuńcze dla os. nies. Ponadto powstaną mieszkania wspomagane: 1 treningowe dla 3 os. i 2 wspierane dla 6 os. W mieszkaniach przy wsparciu AON/AOON świadczone będą treningi zmierzające do usamodzielnienia w/w osób. Prowadzone będzie poradnictwo specjalistyczne dla uczestników projektu i opiekunów faktycznych. Zakłada się, że po zakończeniu projektu istnieć będzie 31 miejsc świadczenia usług społ. Poprzez projekt rozwiną się usługi opiek. i asyst. w miejscu zamieszkania. Poprawi się jakość i zakres wsparcia kierowanego nie tylko do os.nies. ale także opiekunów faktycznych. Projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie. (Polish)
