The aim of the project “Professional Academy 2” is to increase skills and professional qualifications and social skills 60/40/20 residents from the area of ŁOM aged 18-65 at risk of poverty and social exclusion and restore employability to 04.2020. Actions: socio-educational workshops (e.g.: group work, job search techniques, CV, budget management, interview, preparation of the Individual Reintegration Path); career paths: Customer service/trading representative; Bartender/bartender; Conservator of green areas; An office worker with medical registration and computer support; Warehouse with crane servicing, Office worker/recruitment specialist leading to the acquisition of competences/qualifications, internships allowing to acquire experience, career and psychological counseling and job mediation. Individualised support, comprehensive, adequate to the preferences and potential of PPO, updated on an ongoing basis. The actions will contribute to the specific objective of ROP WŁ 2014-20. The implementation of the project will allow you to achieve socio-employment efficiency, bring closer to the labour market through social activation, increase self-awareness about the need to take up employment, increase motivation to leave home, improve health status, increase self-confidence.     Celem projektu "Akademia Zawodowców 2" jest podniesienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz umiejętności społecznych 60/40/20 mieszkańców z obszaru ŁOM w wieku 18-65 zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym i przywrócenie zdolności do zatrudnienia do 04.2020. Działania: warsztaty społeczno – edukacyjno (m.in.: praca w grupie, techniki poszukiwania pracy, CV, zarządzanie budżetem, rozmowa kwalifikacyjna, przygotowanie Indywidualnej Ścieżki Reintegracji); ścieżki zawodowe: Obsługa klienta/przedstawiciel handlowy; Barmanka/barman; Konserwator terenów zielonych; Pracownik biurowy z elementami rejestracji medycznej i obsługą komputera; Magazynier z obsługą suwnic, Pracownik biurowy/specjalista ds. rekrutacji prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji/kwalifikacji zawodowych, staże pozwalające nabyć doświadczenie, poradnictwo zawodowe i psychologiczne oraz pośrednictwo pracy. Wsparcie zindywidualizowane, kompleksowe, adekwatne do preferencji i potencjału UP, na bieżąco aktualizowana IŚR. Działania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego RPO WŁ 2014-20. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągniecie efektywności społeczno zatrudnieniowej, przybliżenie do rynku pracy poprzez aktywizację społeczną, wzrost samoświadomości dot. konieczności podjęcia zatrudnienia, wzrost motywacji do wyjścia z domu, poprawa stanu zdrowia, zwiększenie pewności siebie.
