The main objective of the project is to adapt the education and training system of Głuchów to the needs of the local labour market, to facilitate the transition from education to employment, and to improve the quality of education and qualifications of staff employed in the institution. Through the implementation of the project, the institution’s education model will be adapted to the needs of the local labour market. Upgraded schoolworks will help to achieve learning conditions similar to those in the industry and thus better prepare students to operate on the labour market. As a result of the project, the qualifications of pedagogical staff and the effectiveness of vocational training in the institution will increase. The target group of the project consists of pupils of the institution (including students with a recognised disability), teachers and trainers of the profession and the institution – Technikm in Głuchów. Among the tasks carried out in the project will include: 1.Stepha for personal development (including classes with professional counselor, psychologist, group workshops for pupils) and postgraduate studies for teachers and trainers of the profession; 2.Strengthening the competences of the student – spec. ROLNIK Technique 3.The area for strengthening the competence of the student – spec. Food SERVICES AND gastronomic SERVICES (complementary activities with the participation of representatives of the socio-economic environment of the institution, qualification courses, retrofitting.employees);4. AGRICULTURAL MECHANISATION TECHNIQUE AND AGROTRONIKI 5. Professional internship zone (organisation of apprenticeships). Główny cel projektu obejmuje przystosowanie systemu kształcenia i szkolenia ZSP w Głuchowie do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy, ułatwianie uczestnikom projektu przejścia z etapu edukacji do etapu zatrudnienia oraz podniesienie jakości kształcenia i kwalifikacji kadry zatrudnionej w placówce. Poprzez realizację projektu model kształcenia w placówce zostanie dostosowany do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy. Doposażone pracownie szkolne pozwolą osiągnąć warunki do nauki zbliżone do panujących w zakładach branżowych, a tym samym lepiej przygotują uczniów do funkcjonowania na rynku pracy. Na skutek realizacji projektu wzrosną kwalifikacje kadry pedagogicznej i efektywność kształcenia zawodowego w placówce. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią uczniowie placówki (w tym uczniowie o stwierdzonym stopniu niepełnosprawności), nauczyciele i instruktorzy zawodu oraz placówka - Technikum w Głuchowie. Wśród zadań realizowanych w projekcie znajdą się: 1.Stefa rozwoju osobistego (w tym zajęcia z doradcą zawodowym, psychologiem, warsztaty grupowe dla uczniów) oraz studia podyplomowe dla nauczycieli i instruktorów zawodu; 2.Strefa wzmacniania kompetencji ucznia - spec. TECHNIK ROLNIK 3.Strefa wzmacniania kompetencji ucznia - spec. TECHNIK ŻYWIENIA I USŁUG GASTRONOMICZNYCH (zajęcia uzupełniające z udziałem przedstawicieli otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego placówki, kursy kwalifikacyjne, doposaż.pracowni);4.Strefa wzmacniania kompetencji ucznia - spec. TECHNIK MECHANIZACJI ROLNICTWA I AGROTRONIKI 5. Strefa staży zawodowych (organizacja staży zawodowych dla uczniów).
