The aim of the project is to improve the quality of vocational training in ZS CKR in the Small Stone by increasing the level of knowledge and competence of 105 persons: 90 pupils (60K, 30M) and 15 learners (11K, 4M) participating in courses, training and traineeships/training/training and integration of vocational training into the labour market by 01.07.2016-30.06.2022r – Critique No 13. The actions will focus on the development of the competences, qualifications and skills of future employees, including through support of vocational training through practical and modern vocational training and upgrading skills of staff in vocational training, as well as through cooperation with employers, labour market institutions and regional universities – Critique No 6. The equipment/equipment activities of schools with equipment and teaching materials are based on a diagnosis and shall comply with the standard of equipment set out in the Guidelines for implementing ESF measures for 2014-2020 in the field of education. Celem gł projektu jest poprawa jakości kształcenia zawodowego w ZS CKR w Kamieniu Małym poprzez podniesienie poziomu wiedzy i kompetencji 105osób: 90 uczniów (60K, 30M) i 15 naucz-li (11K, 4M) uczestniczących w kursach, szkoleniach i stażach/praktykach zawod oraz zintegrow kształcenia zawodowego z rynkiem pracy w terminie do 01.07.2016 - 30.06.2022r – KRYT nr 13. Realizowane działania ukierunkowane będą na rozwój kompetencji, kwalifikacji i umiejętności przyszłych pracowników, między innymi dzięki wsparciu nauczania zawodowego poprzez praktyczną i nowoczesną naukę zawodu oraz podnoszenie kompetencji kadry w zakresie kształcenia zawodowego, a także poprzez współpracę z pracodawcami,instytucjami rynku pracy oraz szkołami wyższymi z regionu - KRYT nr 6. Działania w zakresie wyposażenia/doposaż szkoły w sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne wynikają z przeprowadzonej diagnozy oraz są zgodne ze standardem wyposażenia określonym w Wytycznych w zakresie zasad realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS na lata 2014-2020 w obszarze edukacji.
