It will be implemented through the following tasks: Support for teacher training, counselling, internships and internships of teaching teachers in enterprises, pupil practices and placements in enterprises, modernisation of vocational education, providing the school with the necessary equipment, cooperation with higher education. Activities are complementary to the activities carried out by the ZSCKR prior to the launch of the project.Number of persons covered by the programme are 400 people (350 rural areas) as well as 8 teachers. The project will be carried out in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities. Project management. This will be the project coordinator and the financial officer on 1/2. (English)

    Wsparcie skierowane jest do nauczycieli, uczniów ZSCKR w Henrykowie i instytucji z otoczenia społeczno – gospodarczego szkoły. Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym. Głównym celem projektu jest doskonalenie jakości kształcenia zawodowego. Zostanie on zrealizowany dzięki następującym zadaniom: Wsparcie doskonalenia nauczycieli przedmiotów zaw., doradztwo zaw., praktyki i staże nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. w przedsiębiorstwach, praktyki i staże uczniów w przedsiębiorstwach, modernizację szkolnictwa zawodowego, przez doposażenie szkoły w nowy niezbędny sprzęt, współpracę ze szkołami wyższymi. Działania stanowią uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przez ZSCKR przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu.Liczba osób objętych programem to 400 u. (350 u. z obszarów wiejskich), a także 8 nauczycieli. Projekt będzie realizowany w zgodzie z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami.Projekt kierowany będzie przez Zespół ds. Zarządzania Projektem. Będzie to koordynator projektu oraz specjalista do spraw finansowych, zatrudnieni na 1/2 etatu. (Polish)
