The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the educational offer of 2 secondary schools included in St. Staszic School Complex No. 1 in Kutno and to ensure equal access to good quality upper secondary education through the implementation of additional forms supporting the comprehensive development of 443 students of classes I-III and professional improvement of 9 teachers during the 24 months of implementation of the project. The project will implement types of operations: the training of key competences necessary in the labour market and appropriate attitudes and skills (creativity, innovation and teamwork) including using the method of experiment b) the use of information and communication technologies and the development of IT competences for pupils, in accordance with their needs, will be guaranteed additional forms of support. The implementation of supporting and developing activities will help to compensate for educational gaps, development of talents, passions and interests. Schools supported will receive ICT teaching tools. Pupils will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary on the labour market in school laboratories, equipped in accordance with the catalogue prepared by the Ministry of National Education. Teachers will enrich their workshops by participating in training courses. This will make it possible to systematise knowledge and refine working methods for specific needs of a specific target group. Such a comprehensive approach to the diagnosed problems of the supported schools will provide the opportunity to create ideal conditions for the development and development of key competences for pupils in the labour market (English)

    Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości oferty edukacyjnej 2 szkół ponadgimnazjalnych wchodzących w skład Zespołu Szkół Nr 1 im. St. Staszica w Kutnie oraz zapewnienie równego dostępu do dobrej jakości kształcenia ponadgimnazjalnego poprzez realizację dodatkowych form wspierających wszechstronny rozwój 443 uczniów klas I-III oraz doskonalenie zawodowe 9 nauczycieli w okresie 24 miesięcy realizacji projektu. W ramach projektu będą realizowane typy operacji: a) kształcenie kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności (kreatywności, innowacyjności oraz pracy zespołowej) w tym z wykorzystaniem metody eksperymentu b) korzystanie z technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych oraz rozwijanie kompetencji informatycznych Uczniom, zgodnie z ich potrzebami zostaną zagwarantowane dodatkowe formy wsparcia. Realizacja zajęć wspierających i rozwijających pozwoli na wyrównanie braków edukacyjnych, rozwój talentów, pasji i zainteresowań. Szkoły objęte wsparciem otrzymają narzędzia do nauczania z wykorzystaniem TIK. Uczniowie będą nabywali wiedzę i umiejętności niezbędne na rynku pracy w pracowniach szkolnych, wyposażonych zgodnie z katalogiem opracowanym przez Ministerstwo Edukacji Narodowej. Nauczyciele wzbogacą swój warsztat pracy poprzez uczestnictwo w szkoleniach. Pozwoli to na usystematyzowanie posiadanej wiedzy oraz uszczegółowienie metod pracy pod katem specyficznych potrzeb konkretnej grupy docelowej. Tak kompleksowe podejście do zdiagnozowanych problemów szkół objętych wsparciem zapewni możliwość stworzenia idealnych warunków do kształtowania i rozwijania u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy (Polish)
