The curriculum of vocational training in professions does not sufficiently take into account the expectations of the labour market – employers. The employer expects the candidate to work in addition to the directional preparation of a given profession also additional qualifications and competences. To meet the expectations of the labour market, we intend to equip our students with additional skills and qualifications. The scale of the activities, the expenditure on their implementation in these schools before the start of the project will not be reduced in relation to the scale of activities and expenditures carried out by schools in the 12 months preceding the start of the project (average monthly). The tasks are complementary to the statutory tasks of schools. Project activities are carried out in cooperation with entrepreneurs (positive opinions about the project). The applicant has not carried out an analysis of the need for training teachers to handle equipment as the project does not involve the purchase of equipment. In the project, 2 tasks have been identified: 1) Implementation of vocational training and courses for pupils in cooperation with local employers, 2) Implementation of internships and apprenticeships for vocational school pupils and a technical college in cooperation with local employers. In Task 1, the project envisages the following tasks: 1. Training in the field of driving licence cat. B dimension – 60hr; beneficiaries – students of adult ZSLiT in Tuchola and ZSLiA in Tuchola, 2. Course of welding of sheets and pipes with inguinal joints MAG 135; beneficiaries – pupils of the High and Technical Schools Team in Tuchola, and the High and Agrotechnic Schools Team in Tuchola 3.Training in the field of AUTO CAD programme beneficiaries – students of ZSLiT in Tuchola, as well as High Schools and Agrotechnic Schools in Tuchola 4. As part of task 2:implementation of apprenticeships and apprenticeships for vocational school and technical school pupils (English)

    Podstawa programowa kształcenia zawodowego w zawodach nie uwzględnia w sposób wystarczający oczekiwań rynku pracy - pracodawców. Pracodawca oczekuje od kandydata do pracy oprócz przygotowania kierunkowego w danym zawodzie również dodatkowych kwalifikacji i kompetencji. Wychodząc naprzeciw oczekiwaniom rynku pracy zamierzamy naszych uczniów wyposażyć w dodatkowe umiejętności i kwalifikacje. Skala działań, nakłady na ich realizację w wymienionych szkołach przed rozpoczęciem projektu nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań i nakładów prowadzonych przez szkoły w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu (średniomiesięcznie). Zadania są uzupełnieniem zadań statutowych szkół. Działania projektowe realizowane są we współpracy z przedsiębiorcami (pozytywne opinie o Projekcie). Wnioskodawca nie przeprowadził analizy zapotrzebowania na szkolenia nauczycieli z obsługi wyposażenia, ponieważ projekt nie zakłada zakupu wyposażenia. W projekcie zostały wyodrębnione 2 zadania: 1) Realizacja szkoleń i kursów zawodowych dla uczniów we współpracy z lokalnymi pracodawcami, 2) Realizacja staży i praktyk zawodowych dla uczniów szkoły zawodowej oraz technikum we współpracy z lokalnymi pracodawcami. W zadaniu 1 projekt przewiduje realizację następujących zadań : 1. Szkolenie z zakresu prawa jazdy kat. B wymiar - 60godz.; beneficjenci - uczniowie pełnoletni ZSLiT w Tucholi oraz ZSLiA w Tucholi, 2.
