The project has been designed on the basis of individually identified needs of the schools set out in the diagnosis prepared and carried out by the project schools (approval of the authority, i.e. Powiat navel for LO in Nakle, LO for Szua, SPS in Karnów, SPS in Szub, SPS in Szaban, SPS in Kcyni, Kcynnia Kcynia for LO in Kcyni, SP in Kcyni, SP in Drzezewie, SP in Laziska, SP in Laski, SP in Rozstrzębów, Gmina Sadki for SP in Sadki and Stowarzyszenie ‘ZAKUS’ for NSP in Alinach). The diagnosis included the conclusions of the inventory and the assessment of the technical state of the equipment. On this basis, project support was selected so that it is in line with the needs of the recipients (pupils, teachers). Project objective: Raising the competences of key 606 students, improving the educational situation of 430 students with specific needs, and upgrading the competence and qualifications level of 97 teachers from 14 general education schools to 31.05.2020, the target group is the students and teachers of 14 schools for which the Namur County and Sadowski district authority and the town of Sadki, Kcynia and the Association ‘Sats’ from the ORSG district and whose diagnosis has shown the need for support. The schools covered by the support project meet the criterion of achieving educational outcomes that are lower than the average on a provincial scale. — Implementation of actions for the shaping and development of key competences for students — for 606 students — Realisation of the process of individualisation of work with a student with special developmental and educational needs and student (TYPE 2, 2a and 2c), for 576 pupils, — Implementation of educational and professional advice (TYPE 4) — for 27 students, Preference of the competence or qualification of teachers and teaching staff (TYPE 6) — for 97 teachers, — Implementation of professional traineeships (TYPE 7) — for 20 pupils.     Projekt został zaplanowany na podst. indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania szkół określonego w diagnozach przygotowanych i przeprowadzonych przez szkoły objęte projektem (zatwierdzenie organu prowadzącego tj. Powiatu Nakielskiego dla LO w Nakle, LO w Szubinie, SPS w Karnowie, SPS w Szubinie, SPS w Kcyni, Gminę Kcynia dla LO w Kcyni, SP w Kcyni, SP w Drzewierzewie, SP w Laskownicy, SP w Dobieszewie, SP w Palmierowie, SP w Rozstrzębowie, Gmina Sadki dla SP w Sadkach i Stowarzyszenie "ŻAKUS" dla NSP w Anielinach). Diagnozy uwzględniały wnioski z przeprowadzonego spisu inwentarza i oceny stanu technicznego posiadanego wyposażenia. Na tej podstawie dobrano wsparcie w projekcie tak, by było ono zgodne z potrzebami odbiorców (uczniów, nauczycieli). Cel projektu: Podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych 606 uczniów z pow. nakielskiego, poprawa sytuacji edukacyjnej 430 uczniów ze szczególnymi potrzebami, jak i zdolnych oraz podniesienie poziomu kompetencji i kwalifikacji 97 nauczycieli z 14 szkół prowadzących kształcenie ogólne z pow. nakielskiego, do 31.05.2020 r.Grupa docelowa to uczniowie i nauczyciele z 14 szkół, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Nakielski oraz Gminy Sadki, Kcynia i Stowarzyszenie „Żakus” z obszaru ORSG i których diagnozy wykazały potrzebę realizacji wsparcia. Szkoły objęte w projekcie wsparciem spełniają kryterium osiągania wyników edukacyjnych niższych od średnich w skali województwa.Główne zadania: - Realizacja działań na rzecz kształtowania i rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych uczniów - dla 606 uczniów, - Realizacja procesu indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami rozwojowymi i edukacyjnymi oraz uczniem zdolnym (TYP 2 i 2a i 2c) - dla 576 uczniów,- Realizacja doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego (TYP 4) - dla 27 uczniów, - Podniesienie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji nauczycieli oraz pracowników pedagogicznych (TYP 6) - dla 97 nauczycieli, - Realizacja staży zawodowych (TYP 7) - dla 20 uczniów.
