The main objective of the project is to increase key competences and universal skills in 472 (243K and 229 M) pupils – Primary School No.2 in Koluszki (41K/37M), SP in Gałków Duży (178K/154M), SP in Będzelin (28K/34M) through the organisation of extracurricular activities, retrofitting of the ICT workshop and raising the competences of 57 (53K and 4M) teachers (SP in Gałków – 36K-4M, in B2020, Poland) The actions proposed in the project respond to the needs identified in the regional diagnosis. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych u 472 (243K i 229 M) uczniów - Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2 w Koluszkach (41K/37M), SP w Gałkowie Dużym (178K/154M), SP w Będzelinie (28K/34M) poprzez organizację zajęć pozalekcyjnych, doposażenie pracowni TIK i podniesienie kompetencji 57 (53K i 4M) nauczycieli (SP w Gałkowie - 36K/4M, SP w Będzelinie - 17K/1M) w okresie 01-2019-12.2020 zgodnie z diagnozą szkoły. Działania zaproponowane w projekcie odpowiadają na potrzeby zidentyfikowane w diagnozie regionalnej. W woj. łódzkim jeden z celów szczegółowych: ograniczenie i zapobieganie przedwczesnemu kończeniu nauki szkolnej oraz zapewnienie równego dostępu do dobrej jakości wczesnej nauki elementarnej oraz kształcenia podstawowego(..), odpowiada na zaistniały problem wypadania uczniów z procesu nauczania i skostniałość metod. Nasz proj, poprzez realizację celu głównego wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy - planujemy poszerzyć wiedzę i rozwinąć kompetencję wśród uczniów SP. (Polish)
