The target group in the project consists of general education teachers and pupils of 3 primary schools of the municipality Jabłonowo Pomorskie. The aim of the project is to increase the quality of education processes by extending/upgrading the educational offer and technical facilities 3 Primary Schools from Jabłonowo Pomorskie Municipality to 31.VIII.2020, thanks to the implementation of comprehensive development programmes responding to diagnosed needs of schools, including the acquisition of competences of key pupils and improving the competence of teachers, including support for key competences, strengthening teaching based on experiments and practical use of pupils’ needs. Within the project, the offer of schools will be supplemented by individualisation of work with a pupil with special educational needs. The project schedule provides for the retrofitting of the workshop for science/ICT and equipment/help supporting specialised therapies in the period IV.2019-VIII.2019r. The number of pupils who have acquired key competences after leaving the programme – 350 persons;- Number of pupils with special educational needs supported – 22 persons;- Number of teachers who have obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme – 38 persons, including 35 women.     Grupę docelową w proj. stanowią nauczyciele kształcenia ogólnego i uczniowie 3 szkół podstawowych gminy Jabłonowo Pomorskie. Celem proj. jest wzrost jakości procesów kształcenia poprzez rozszerzenie/unowocześnienie oferty edukacyjnej i zaplecza technicznego 3 Szkół Podstawowych z Gminy Jabłonowo Pomorskie do 31.VIII.2020r., dzięki wdrożeniu kompleksowych programów rozwojowych stanowiących odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane potrzeby szkół obejmujące przede wszystkim nabycie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów i podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli, polegających m.in. na wsparciu kompetencji kluczowych, wzmocnieniu nauczania opartego na eksperymentach i praktycznym wykorzystaniu narzędzi TIK oraz indywidualizacji wsparcia dla uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi (w szczególności uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami). W ramach proj. zostanie uzupełniona oferta szkół o indywidualizację pracy z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Harmonogram projektu przewiduje w okresie IV.2019-VIII.2019r. doposażenie pracowni dla przedmiotów ścisłych/TIK i sprzęt/pomoce wspierający terapie specjalistyczne. Dzięki realizacji projektu będą możliwe do osiągnięcia następujące (głównych) wskaźniki:- Liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu - 350 os.;- Liczba uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi objętych wsparciem – 22 os.;- Liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 38 os. w tym 35 kobiet;- Liczba szkół, w których pracownie przedmiotowe wykorzystują doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - 3 szkoły;- Liczba szkół i placówek systemu oświaty wykorzystujących sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - 2 szkoły.Wartość przypadająca na uczestnika w ramach wskaźnika "Liczba uczniów objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych w programie” wynosi 1 571,02 zł.Projekt spełnia kryterium premiujące nr B.2.1 (5 pkt.,), B.2.2 (5 pkt.), B.2.6 (1 pkt.), B.2.8 (2 pkt.).
