After analysing the data collected from the area of Żarski district, it was found that there is a group of people at risk of exclusion of the community. The aim of the project is to reduce the number of such people. The targets that we will support are: Ps. with the judged minor, pupils and adult pupils of care, MOW and ZP, persons with problems in op-ed cases. — second and birth biol. As part of the project, we will activate the community and/or professionally 150 participants. In addition, we will support participants with various forms of activity, e.g. courses, training, meetings with specialists in various fields, participation in support groups and broadly understood social activation. Environmental activities under PAL will be organised. The project will be implemented in three independent modules for each module, a separate, new recruitment process. The modules will be implemented within the following deadlines: II.19-I.20, II.20-I.21, II-XII.21. The need for subdividing into modules is due to the fact that at the stage of designing the project, the applicant is unable to specify the target groups. Po analizie danych zebranych z terenu powiatu żarskiego stwierdzono, iż jest grupa os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem społ. Celem projektu jest zmniejszenie liczby takich osób. Gr. docelowymi, które będziemy wspierać są: os. z orzeczoną niepełnospr., wychowankowie i pełnoletni wychowankowie pieczy, MOW i ZP, osoby z problemami w sprawach op-wych. - rodz. zast. i rodz. biol. W ramach projektu będziemy aktywizować społ. i/lub zawodowo 150 uczestników. Ponadto będziemy wspierać uczestników różnymi formami aktywności np. kursami zaw., szkoleniami, spotkaniami ze specjalistami w rożnych dziedzinach, uczestniczenie w grupach wsparcia oraz szeroko pojęta aktywizacja społeczna. Bedą organizowane działania środowiskowe w ramach PAL. Projekt będzie realizowany w trzech niezależnych modułach do każdego modułu będzie przeprowadzany osobny, nowy proces rekrutacji. Moduły będą realizowane w następujących terminach: II.19-I.20, II.20-I.21, II-XII.21. Konieczność podziału na moduły wynika z faktu, iż na etapie pisania projektu wnioskodawca nie jest w stanie dokładnie określić grup docelowych. W każdym z modułu zakłada się udział rożnych grup docelowych. (Polish)
