The subject of the project is the implementation in its own activity developed as a result of the company’s development of the technology of spraying silver nanoparticles for cuts and components of wooden packaging dedicated to the food industry. The solution covered by the project fits into the Regional Intelligent Specialisation: Innovative Agriculture and Food Processing, Niche XLII Intelligent, ecological and food-protected packaging (production). The project will be implemented from 01.2017 to 06.2018. It concerns the purchase and implementation in the applicant’s business of two production lines for the production of biologically active fruit and vegetable packaging equipped with a proprietary spray-dust assembly to apply silver nanoparticles coatings. The recipients of the project’s products will be entities involved in the packaging of fruit and vegetables, and end-users will be buyers and consumers of fruit and vegetables packaged in them. The final result of the project will be a significant increase in the competitive position of Galpak Konrad Galas through the use of innovative technology to produce a group of food packaging products with increased resistance to harmful micro-organisms. It will create at least 5 jobs. The project has a positive impact on the implementation of horizontal policies, in particular on environmental policy, using nanocomponents to protect food products packaged and stored in manufactured wood packaging in the production process, reducing/eliminating sluggish, pathogenic and fungi-forming processes. The project also assumes the management of wood waste through the use of small packaging elements in production. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie we własnej działalności wypracowanej w wyniku wewnątrz zakładowych prac rozwojowych technologii natrysku nanocząstek srebra na wykroje oraz elementy składowe opakowań drewnianych dedykowanych przemysłowi spożywczemu. Rozwiązanie będące przedmiotem projektu wpisuje się w Regionalną Inteligentną Specjalizację: Innowacyjne Rolnictwo i Przetwórstwo Rolno-Spożywcze, Nisza XLII Inteligentne, ekologiczne i chroniące żywność opakowania (produkcja). Projekt będzie realizowany od 01.2017 do 06.2018. Dotyczy zakupu i wdrożenia w działalności gospodarczej wnioskodawcy dwóch linii produkcyjnych do wytwarzania aktywnych biologicznie opakowań do owoców i warzyw wyposażonych w autorski zespół natryskowo-pylący do nanoszenia powłoki nanocząstek srebra. Odbiorcami produktów projektu będą podmioty zajmujące się konfekcjonowaniem owoców i warzyw, a użytkownikami końcowymi kupujący i spożywający zapakowane w nie owoce i warzywa. Efektem końcowym projektu będzie znaczące podwyższenie pozycji konkurencyjnej firmy Galpak Konrad Galas dzięki zastosowaniu innowacyjnej technologii do produkcji grupy opakowań produktów spożywczych o podwyższonej odporności na szkodliwe mikroorganizmy. Spowoduje utworzenie minimum 5 miejsc pracy. Projekt ma pozytywny wpływ na wypełnianie polityk horyzontalnych, w szczególności na politykę ochrony środowiska naturalnego, wykorzystując w procesie produkcyjnym nanokomponenty zabezpieczające produkty spożywcze pakowane i przechowywane w wytwarzanych opakowaniach drewnianych, ograniczając/eliminując procesy gnilne, chorobotwórcze i grzybotwórcze. Projekt zakłada również zagospodarowywanie odpadów drzewnych poprzez wykorzystywanie w produkcji drobnych elementów opakowań. Przestrzega zasady równości kobiet i mężczyzn, zarówno w zakresie jego realizacji, jak i w zakresie korzystania z jego produktów. (Polish)
