The project ‘Activation of unemployed persons who are disadvantaged on the labour market in Słubice County (I)’ is addressed to persons over the age of 30 registered at the District Labour Office in Słubice as unemployed persons covered by the I or II profile of the aid. The aim of the project is to support the broadly understood labour market, aimed at countering unemployment and mitigating its effects. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed who are disadvantaged in the labour market, i.e. women, people aged 50+, the disabled, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled. In the Słubice district, 75 people will be supported, of which 45 people will be offered high-quality traineeships, for 15 people who want to run their own business, there will be one-off funds available for taking up their own business, and 15 people will be employed in jobs created by entrepreneurs as part of the reimbursement of equipment/employment. Projekt "Aktywizacja osób pozostających bez pracy będących w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie słubickim (I)" adresowany jest do osób w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Słubicach jako osoby bezrobotne, objęte I lub II profilem pomocy. Realizacja projektu ma na celu wsparcie szeroko rozumianego rynku pracy, zmierzające do przeciwdziałania zjawisku bezrobocia oraz łagodzenia jego skutków. Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy znajdujących się w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. kobiet, osób w wieku 50+, niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych i osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. W powiecie słubickim w ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 75 osób z czego 45 osobom zostaną zaproponowane wysokiej jakości staże, dla 15 osób chcących prowadzić własny biznes będą dostępne jednorazowe środki na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej, oraz 15 osób zatrudnionych zostanie na stanowiskach pracy utworzonych przez przedsiębiorców w ramach refundacji wyposażenia / doposażenia stanowiska pracy.
