The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed who are disadvantaged on the labour market (within the meaning of the Lubuskie ROP 2020). The persons registered in this situation were: after 50 years of age – 818, women – 1180, disabled – 331, long-term unemployed – 504, low-skilled – 1694, total age 30 and over – 2221. As part of the project, presenting a specific activation offer to the participant will precede the analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by at least: ? 33 % of participants over the age of 50? 39 % of women participating in the project? 33 % of participants with disabilities? 30 % of long-term unemployed participants? 38 % of low-skilled participants (up to and including upper secondary education)? 40 % of participants not belonging to any of the above groups (not applicable). Celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy znajdujących się w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (w rozumieniu RPO Lubuskie 2020). Osób zarejestrowanych w tej sytuacji było: po 50 roku życia – 818, kobiet – 1180, niepełnosprawnych - 331, długotrwale bezrobotnych - 504, o niskich kwalifikacjach - 1694, ogółem w wieku 30 lat i więcej - 2221. W ramach projektu przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji uczestnikowi poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizował będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: ? 33 % uczestników będących w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia, ? 39 % kobiet - uczestników projektu, ? 33 % uczestników z niepełnosprawnościami, ? 30 % uczestników długotrwale bezrobotnych, ? 38 % uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu wykształcenia ponadgimnazjalnego włącznie), ? 40 % uczestników nie należących do żadnej z wyżej wymienionych grup (nie dotyczy).
