The project “Activation of unemployed persons who are disadvantaged on the labour market in Słubice County (V)” is addressed to people aged 30 and over registered with PUP Słubice as unemployed. The aim of the project is to support the broadly understood labour market aimed at preventing unemployment and mitigating its effects. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed who are disadvantaged in the labour market, i.e. women, people aged 50+, with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled. 40 people will be supported, of which 15 people will be offered high-quality traineeships, 14 people will receive one-off funds for taking up their own business and 8 people will be employed in jobs created as part of the reimbursement of equipment/employment (without combining with subsidised employment), and 3 people will take up employment in the framework of intervention work. Projekt "Aktywizacja osób pozostających bez pracy będących w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie słubickim (V)" adresowany jest do osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych w PUP Słubice jako bezrobotne. Realizacja projektu ma na celu wsparcie szeroko rozumianego rynku pracy zmierzające do przeciwdziałania zjawisku bezrobocia oraz łagodzenia jego skutków. Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy znajdujących się w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy,tj. kobiet,osób w wieku 50+, z niepełnosprawnościami,długotrwale bezrobotnych i o niskich kwalifikacjach. Wsparciem objętych zostanie 40 osób,w tym 15 os zostaną zaproponowane wysokiej jakości staże, 14 os otrzyma jednorazowe środki na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej oraz 8 os zatrudnionych zostanie na stanowiskach utworzonych w ramach refundacji wyposażenia/doposażenia stanowiska pracy (bez łączenia z subsydiowanym zatrudnieniem), a także 3 os podejmą zatrudnienie w ramach prac interwencyjnych. Wszyscy uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci IPD. (Polish)
