The employment of participants in the project will be increased by: placement services or career guidance, traineeships, intervention works, training, one-off measures for economic activity, retrofitting refunds or working stations, which will help to achieve the objective of the project. Participants will gain experience and new qualifications that meet the needs of potential employers. The support offered, tailored to the needs of the participant, will allow the interruption of the period of inactivity, integration and reintegration into employment and economic recovery through the setting up of new firms and the creation of new jobs.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej z ustalonym profilem pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia,znajdujących się w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy i pozostających bez pracy w powiecie żagańskim. Zwiększenie zatrudnienia uczestników projektu nastąpi poprzez: usługi pośrednictwa pracy lub poradnictwa zawodowego, realizację staży, prac interwencyjnych, szkoleń, jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacji doposażenia lub wyposażenia stanowiska pracy co przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu projektu. Uczestnicy zdobędą doświadczenie i nowe kwalifikacje, które będą zgodne z zapotrzebowaniem potencjalnych pracodawców. Oferowane wsparcie, dopasowane do potrzeb uczestnika pozwoli przerwać okres bezczynności zawodowej, spowoduje integrację i reintegrację zawodową i ożywienie gospodarcze poprzez założenie nowych firm oraz utworzenie nowych miejsc pracy.
